I ordered about 7 outfits back in June 2026, NEVER received my order....I contacted Rivellee they said after 6 weeks of waiting it delivered But NOT TO MY ADDRESS... The 2nd time they sent the order again (so they say), Still nothing, it is now September 2026..... The 3rd they say will refund 70 percent of my funds NOTHING.....

I am so disappointed. Placed the order and tracked it for over a month i then get a message that the order was delivered how i never received my order. I send several emails with no response. I am really angry 😠 😡

Don’t order from this company, I ordered items in May, I never received them and can’t get in touch with anyone for my refund after 4 emails

I sent my order with the amount they asked for and it's been 3 weeks now and no packages or nothing to let me know what's going on? I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to just pay for something that isn't real. I don't understand what's going on with revillee. Please respond to your customers that purchase your clothing with some kind of response

I am only giving these scammed a 1..I ordered 2 months ago and still have not received my package but they have taken the wrong persons money.

I thought this product looked great until I tried it both my big toe nails have gone black.
I have to have the nails removed the advertising is false.

Just a rip off site who don’t deliver what they advertise then block you

Would give zero but one star is the lowest , total scam site , ordered 2 knitted sets , tracking numbers for the parcel don’t work and they don’t reply to emails when you challenge them . DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!!

I bought 2 pairs of tracksuit labelled Nike, however, when I received the parcel the clothes were almost coming out of the packet.
It wasn’t the same as shown in the website, quality of the clothes were so poor I have never seen something like this ever.
I wrote the email and received the reply that you don’t need to return the items, you can keep it and we will do the full refund. It’s been a month I haven’t received anything and when I emailed back on the email address provided, it was bouncing back as UNDELIVERED.

This website is completely fake, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered an Adidas lifestyle Duo set, Beige. on 28th Sep 25. My order or what i believed it to be arrived on 18th Oct. Opened it & it was the cheapest grey in colour 2 piece. No labels in & definitely no brand names anywhere on the material. I emailed them straight away, which they replied quite friendly, sending a link to start the refund process. I did as the link requested and waited patiently. I sent another email which they replied they could see i had filled in everything correctly. nearly 2 months later - nothing! I tried to email once again, which bounced back as undeliverable. Something is now telling me this rivelle is a scam. Livid is all i can say. So DO NOT BUY from here.
