DON'T order anything from this company. Customer service is too BAD in response. I did ordered mine in first week of February, still didn't receive the good.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM, I bought an omega americas cup warch from there website, it arrived within 2 weeks, as soon as I took it out the packaging I noticed it was a very poor copy not a 1:1 clone as described, the writing on the bezel was blurred, and the date wheel did not work i took a video and sent it to them as requested asking for a refund, after about 10 emails Pedro sent a return address to send it too I sent it back as instructed which on there website they said they woukd cover the cost, however I had to pay £25 to send it back tracked, the watch was received at the post office in Brazil, and thats where i lost communication as they were asking for the recipients tax I.D. which I never had . I tried to contact Pedro who said I needed to return the item and they would inspect it and refund accordingly
I advised that I had already sent it back and was in brazil gave tracking details etc, I have since bee totally ignored and Pedro and rivassi have disappeared so i have lost £361 absolutely fuming but sadly nothing i can do. Scammers 100 percent scammers
I purchased a Rolex white panda Daytona chronograph watch on 2/18/2026. From Ravssi watches it took about a month to receive the watch. When the watch arrived I was excited to see it, I adjusted the band to my wrist ,set the time , winded the crown about 40 times as instructed per the instructions. The watch ran beautifully for about 4 hours and stopped. I repeated the setup instructions same thing. I emailed Rivassi customer support a person name Pedro responded and advised that I try wearing the watch for couple days if the same thing happens again they would replace it or refund my money. So far I’m not happy about this watch but I am sending it back to Rivassi.
Don’t trust this website you pay they don’t deliver still waiting 1 month .
Do not deliver any goods when purchased, promise the earth give nothing do not buy from Rivassi be warned.
Not sure if this is allowed but there website says there on here but not when I searched so it’s a scam site. Anyone els looking for them need to be warned so here I am
