Great customer service and one of the most beautiful awards I have seen!

I love working with Rivanna. they are helpful, accommodating and efficient. Their products are all excellent quality and delivered ahead of schedule.

Excellent service, beautiful product, fast turnaround and an automated design approval process. What’s not to like??

The team at Rivanna is great. We've been using them for many years for awards. They are always responsive, very helpful and deliver an amazing product. And we got it faster than we anticipated.

We wanted to have a few awards to present at an event. It was a slightly short timeline, and they gave recommendations for when to submit to avoid any rush fees. In addition, we also ran into some address/delivery issues. However, the team was more than willing to accommodate and adjust to the challenge, and as a result, we were able to receive the awards on time! And the awards looked great!

Rivanna for the Win!

My organization has been working with Rivanna Natural Designs for nearly 15 years. The awards we received exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly exceptional and each piece felt thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and worthy of the recognition it represents to our awardees.

Beyond the quality of the awards themselves, the team’s professionalism and customer service make the entire experience seamless at all levels. From clear communication and thoughtful guidance throughout the process to on-time delivery and careful packaging, every step reflected a genuine commitment to excellence. It’s rare to find a company that combines such outstanding artistry with such responsive and reliable service, and we are grateful for their partnership in helping us celebrate our honorees in a meaningful way.

Smooth communication with quick turnaround.

Rivanna did our art glass "trophies" again this year for the 5th year in a row. The pieces are beautiful, and Gretchen and Cynthia are excellent to work with. We've gone from 2 pieces the first year to 12 this year.

The Rivanna staff provide just about the best customer service I've ever experienced. We're very happy to use them at every opportunity

We have used Rivanna to create memorable plaques and awards for our program participants for years! We are always incredibly happy with the quality of the products and the amazing customer service.

I placed my order late and was honestly nervous about timing and shipping, but the experience exceeded all expectations. The response was incredibly fast, communication was clear and professional, and I felt fully supported from start to finish. Despite the tight turnaround, the order was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and shipping was handled seamlessly. The follow-up afterward really stood out and showed genuine care for customer satisfaction. Our team couldn't be more impressed - reliable, efficient, and truly professional service!

Once again, you have created a beautiful award. We can't wait to see the recipient's expression, when we present it to him.
