Fallos en devoluciones y envíos
A la hora de hacer la devolución de un producto para cambiarlo por otra talla , además que me tocó pagar el envío , tardaron 3 semanas y no aparecieron ni por la dirección que puse y digeron que no había nadie en casa y me tocó ir a buscar el paquete a mi a un punto de entrega .

El material es de primerísima calidad
El material es de primerísima calidad, la marca Rival es sinónimo de calidad en material para deportes de contacto.
Por otro lado, me siento decepcionado con la empresa de mensajería encargada de las entregas. El cliente paga por el envío (algo que no ocurre con otras marcas) y además no te entregan el paquete en el lugar indicado. En mis dos últimos pedidos el repartidor de UPS me tuvo esperando en casa y no se pasó por mi domicilio, me enviaron un mensaje diciendo que habían pasado (algo totalmente falso porque estaba en mi domicilio) y me lo dejaron en un punto de entrega de UPS a 10 kilómetros de mi casa. Es vergonzoso que hagan estas cosas.
