Great! Best Experience in life
Great experience with the school the place and the teachers. All of them are really nice and masters on their subject. It is an experience where you can discovered a lot inside yourself. I have been there recently for a TTC 200h and I am sure to be helpful suggesting to everyone.

Inspiring and memorable yoga teacher training course
Highly informative, well structured 200 hour yoga teacher training programme, coordinated by knowledgable and kind teachers. The course had the extra bonus of being taught in the embodied style, which accounted for all of our different body types, strength and flexibility levels, and needs. This allowed us to connect with ourselves in a really personal way, enabling us to use yoga as a healing practice. This was an ideology and practice fundamental to the course, and is something all of us can use throughout our lives to build emotional resilience. I think it was extremely lucky and rare to have found teachers and a course which presented this way. Every teacher went out of their way to enrich our learning experience, while sharing their culture, an aspect I have deep respect and gratitude for. I would strongly recommend this course to anybody who would like to develop more knowledge of yoga, be more in touch with themselves and finally, share these valuable lessons with others, with a goal to spread therapeutic practices. Thank you to all the teachers - I will always remember your empathy and kindness, and am finally grateful for all the laughter shared alongside the learning.
