I was a little lost when it came to replacing the windows in my ex-council flat. Lewisham's building control guidelines seemed like a maze, and the first window fitter I contacted just slapped an extra fee on their quote to deal with it. It felt impersonal and pushy.

Thankfully, Rise Windows was a completely different experience. From the very beginning, Sonia, their customer relationship manager, was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all my newbie questions about FENSA, insurance, and window specifications without a hint of annoyance.

Deepak, the owner and chief window fitter, came to assess my windows and provide a quote. He was professional and respectful, a stark contrast to the "sales vulture" vibe I got from other companies. There was no pressure to sign on the spot, just clear explanations and a fair price.

The actual window installation was just as smooth. Deepak and his assistant arrived promptly at 9:30 am and worked diligently until around 4 pm. They minimised mess with drop cloths and cleaned up meticulously afterwards, even arranging rubbish collection for the old windows.

What truly impressed me was the personal touch. Unlike other fitters who might rush through multiple jobs, Deepak gave me his full attention for the day. He explained the features of each window after installation and patiently answered my questions about the workmanship.

It felt like dealing with a friend, not just a contractor. Deepak's years of experience, especially with council flat regulations, were a lifesaver. He knew exactly what was needed and made the whole process stress-free.
