Very disappointed
I received my order today with two glass jar products having broken seals. An almond butter with oil all over the jar and a jar of roasted peppers with oil and what looked like black mold all over the lid. This did not happen during shipping. These were obviously sent this way. Very disappointed with my order. I’m not sure if I will bother ordering ever again. I would never order anything in jars again for sure. I’ve contacted the company but haven’t heard back from them, as you have to contact them through email…hoping for a refund on those two products.

As we indicated in the email exchange there is zero chance that the products left the warehouse in this state and the damage would have happened during shipping. Glass jars can be tricky and we are doing everything we can to eliminate damages.

Very first order from Together Beauty. Order was picked incorrectly. I ordered and paid for 3 bottles, only received two and am now waiting for TB to fix it, knowing that at best all I’ll get is what I actually paid for. Can’t recommend.

Out of the 6 Elmhurst I ordered
Out of the 6 Elmhurst I ordered, 2 expired April 1st, and 2 were expiring April 30th. No possible way I could drink the 2 that were about to expiry before they did. Due to an issue with the warehouse, Rise Market did refund me for the milk in question and I am confident their issue has been resolved. Thank you Rise Market.
