absolute scam they charged me almost $600 on my shopify website even though i uninstalled this app 3 hours after installing/never signed up for anything

A load of Mince, can't contact them by phone,email, messaging or any other method. Only interested in your money. A pure SCAM company. Stay well clear.
.PS. The stories they come up with are unbelieably far fetched which would land them in court, if you could trace them.

They hit my card with a 2000 dollar yearly renew without even connecting with us. We are not using this system since 2022 and they are charging us anyways evendoe there is a monthly plan they just charge you the whole year without previous notice. I am trying now to get a refund... will keep writing here until I get a feedback.

Just no. If you ever change levels, they will charge you the old platform fee + the new platform fee in the same month (paying double essentially). No usage days taken into consideration, which should be illegal frankly. We had to fight with them to get a refund. And their platform isn't very good... yet we ended up paying them $2k. I would not use this platform if I were you and if you do, be very careful about changing levels and the extra charges that they tack on. There are other options that aren't after your wallet. And BONUS, the make it hard for you to cancel. BONUS BONUS, you have to pay for your usage rate based on the quantity of orders you have as a store including ones that are totally unrelated to this platform (99.9% of ours were).

No offer to help other than upgrade your pricing plan - why this had not been recommended before I do not know but to be charged over $6000 dollars since 29th Nov for 40 gift cards sales is just insane! scamming company DO NOT USE on SHOPIFY!

Quick customer service but no resolved issues

The rise.ai team is nice and friendly and get back to you quickly. However, it's undeniable there are serious flaws in their application integration with recharge and they need to take responsibility for it. It's completely unacceptable to put the blame with rise and do nothing to fix it as it affects their business as well as mine.
