Bought 2 pairs of padded motorbike shorts paid for them via their website received tracking number all good was on their way according to tracking site then checked again now saying item not found number not known brilliant top it off they now will not reply to emails regarding lost missing items £70 not to be sniffed at dont bother with this company obviously not bothered about customer care etc i should have read previous reviews 1st won't be doing this again .So since posting this you have replied stating a miss understanding and now you have provided me with a different tracking number and courier to what I originally got come on !

I just recieved 3 pair . The fit seemed spot on. Haven't ridden with them yet although the knee armor was way to low on my leg until I realized the knee armor pockets actually have two pockets and one positions the armor higher than the other. Once I figured that out the knee armor sits perfectly. Hot weather performance remains to be seen but the jeans seem like they'll be very comfortable on the bike

I had a problem with one of the grub screws being crossed threaded on my motor cycle wind deflector and had a moan on Facebook. Rippl picked up on it and sent me a new one straight away, very impressive customer service.

Received my Rippl moto shorts relatively quickly and unfortunately I’d ordered the wrong size, a quick email to “Brian” at customer services and there’s another set on their way. Great customer service, well done!

The website is easy to navigate. Delivery was prompt and the item was as described. Unfortunately, the shorts I ordered were a little loose. Thankfully, getting them exchanged was hassle free. Brian, one of the team members made the process seamless, and within minutes, a smaller size was dispatched to me. Excellent customer service. I will use again.

Got mine in today and immediately went for a ride. As a new rider, they made me feel more secure, which freed up some head space for learning. The backpack is also on point.

Most recently I bought two sets of VipeGripz. The delivery was super fast. I had a problem with fitting one of the sets. I contacted Harry via email explaining the issue. He got back to me and informed me that he has posted a replacement free of charge.Outstanding customer service. Thank you Harry

I returned a pair of pants because I bought the wrong size , and the package was lost in transit by the carrier. I sent an email to the company, and Brian from customer support got in contact with me immediately. I sent him a couple of screenshots of the tracking website that showed the package was lost, and he gave me the refund I requested without any problems. Very good customer service from this company in my experience.

I ordered a windscreen, but ended up not needing it. They made it effortless to process my return and gave me a prompt full reimbursement. I was very happy with my dealings with this company and would highly recommend them

Brian from Rippl Impact gear was very helpful when I needed to exchange sizes from an xl to large for my husband. The shorts are constructed well & padding provides enough protection in all the right spots. Priced reasonably highly recommend for that snowboarder/skier.

I tried on mine for the first time today. They are definitely solid. Heavier than regular jeans, but light enough to not feel like you’re in dirt biking gear. Love the hip look instead of the old man adventure look

The jeans .. OMG guys they fit perfectly.. and are so comfortable.. these are really the Ducks Nuts guys ... well done on a fantastic product and outstanding customer service.... yet to ride in them as I've just got home in the dark, so tomorrow is the day. Did I mention how comfortable they are .. think I might just wear them to bed so I'm good to go early tomorrow.

The best customer service. I had already sent my pants back because I ordered the wrong size and they sent me the right size back but in the wrong color. I was pretty disappointed because I need the protection for my motorcycle club riding so I could not really send the back. I reached out to rippl respectfully about my slight frustration about how I can’t really send the back again and I talked to Harry and he said not a problem at all; Use the blue pants for now and he shipped me a pair of the black pair I was supposed to receive completely complimentary no questions asked! Absolute best customer service - Harry deserved a raise!

Super jeans…however they developed a small fault which was dealt with extremely quickly by Harry.

Great company who promptly stepped up to the plate when there was an issue.

I'm away riding at this moment in time and these shorts are a life saver. For the past two years I've been using a cheaper pair, and for the past two years I have managed to break my tail bone. Day 5 and despite the slams I'm still in one piece, not even a bruise. Well worth the money.

Received my riding jeans a bit small this is a euro company i wasn’t aware of it at the time i always do business in the USA Because it is a euro company it takes long time to receive and send back so keep that in mind. Overall the jeans seem decent not any better or worse from than the ones i have purchased from revzella at least if you’re from USA companies like revezella you receive your goods in days not weeks .. I gave them 3 stars and not 5 because of the lag time and not being aware that they are shipping from euro these companies pop up on instagram and do not truly make it known of the business location..if i lived overseas i probably would have given them the full 5 …

I received this 10 days after ordering. The fit and the look both seem great, albeit these pants are quite heavy (4#s). Looks like you can't dry them in a dryer (unless I'm misreading the washing instructions).I hope I never have to find out how well they work but they do make me a bit more secure feeling on the road. I like the fit much much more than my $600 BMW leather riding pants.
