I would suggest to anyone who is new please don't deal with this establishment..they advertise on good offers but refuse to give the offer after you have claimed it by saying you didn't before depositing .but after you deposit they claim didn't and will not give you that deal but offer under half what you were expecting..refuse to refund unless you wait days..I waited 2 hours on my dealings and they give rum around not even a compensation not anything but a deal with 30× deposit( I deposited. 25.00) before any withdraw..I wanted the 100.00 with 25.00 deposit. No rules! What farce!

Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 because they reached out and made this right for me! The customer service person I was speaking to wouldn't honor a bonus that was valid for father's day only because when I activated it, it was already the next day in the casinos home country, but not in the USA where I lived. I was shocked at the customer service response because I belong to all of their sister sites and have never had a problem before. These are my favorite casinos as they are the only ones I have found that offer the old school penny slots with high payouts. They're perfect for when ur running low on money and trying to get back up there! Cupid Cash and Froot Sloots are 2 great ones for that!

Anyways, you can see in the response they made it right for me. The other negative reviews are sadly from people who dont seem to fully read the T&C for bonuses which is very very very important to do when gambling online.

This casino is the namesake! Total rip off I've been lied to miss lead and now givein the complete run around with my winnings and withdraw! Not a good casino!

I don't even want to give any star on my first deposit I suppose to get 150 free spins and also 25$ cash they gave me the free spins I made $3.80c with that 150 spins before playing I asked the agent where my 25$ is he said play the 150 spins then you will automatically get it so I took a screenshot of conversation then I went back asked again they said it's already on your account have a look they had given me 25 spins and I thought it might be a 1$ each spin I took it then I saw it was 10c spins which gave me $1.10c I told them the 25$ is not in my account they said we can't give it to you sorry u already maxed out on bonus. The sneaky bastards made me take that so they wouldn't give me my 25 . So they said only 2 bonuses u allowed now u have to deposit again to get that 25$ . Ripper has been one of my go-to platforms. They offer an extensive library, including my favorites WGS and Mascot. I've managed to hit well there, payouts could be faster and it's pretty limited on withdrawal options but they DO pay. Bonus structures are decent although the playthrough requirements are high compared to others. I love the instant cashback feature though. All in all, Ripper remains in the top level for my selection in online gaming. I would say in the top 5, due to the high winnings and reliable (not speedy) service.

They are very shady. They told me that they dont know why i cant wager my bonus money and instead just take my real money with no resolution after waiting in the live chat for over an hour then said they will get back to me in an email which i never recieved and still problem is present. Also they told me something i have never heard of or seen before on any online casino which is i am not allowed to cancel my active bonus and it must be played through, but heres the thing I CANNOT WAGER MY BONUS MONEY! Edit- i reached out to them again after going through the information provided by the casino and found the following under the 'bonuses' section then under 'bonuses' there is 'can i cancel my bonuses' it has : Yes, it is possible to remove an active bonus.  Simply go to the Bonus page and click the X in the top right corner of your active bonus. After that, you will need to click 'Confirm Cancellation' to remove the bonus from your balance. 

Please note: the cancellation of an active bonus cannot be reversed and all bonus-related funds will be immediately removed from your account balance. 
And the new agent once again refused to help with my bonus that was mysteriously not removable. (Because i have winnings they dont want me to withdraw i have to play my real money winnings to wager and play through $6000 to recieve my no deposit bonus that cannot be cancelled and cannot be wagered until after i play my real money) 🤯🤯 EXTREME SCAMMING

After doing a withdrawal and using bonuses I’ve now noticed my accounts restricted from bonuses. Apparently because it’s only for people who struggle to win. But I feel after using many sites that reward loyal long customers this is unfair that this casino punishes its long time customers. They don’t like it if you’ve won. I also feel my accounts hard to win on now. On any game. And the weekly withdrawal limits definitely stink

I had a nice win. I elected to withdraw some of it. After delaying for 5 days they told me I was ineligible because they had let me use 2 bonuses at once. Which I didn't. And would have been their responsibility anyway. Not only could I not withdraw it but they confiscated my winnings. Apparently they will accept deposits, but we'll do everything in their power to avoid paying out.
