Excellent craftmanship of the ring I ordered. Was a little hesistant ordering online, but when they sent a video of the ring, it looked amazing. When i got the ring...it was stunning and far exceeded my expectations. A shout out to Krupa who's communication was exemplary. Would not hesitate to order from ROA again.

My experience with this company is I sent a email with exactly what I wanted and they got the stone wrong then when I got it finally the diamond fell out within a week I decided not to send it back to them but to send it to a professional
The prongs where not in the correct location and I rang rings of Australia and it was far from pleasant they finally offered to pay the invoice but I’d rather tell everyone my story then shut up

OMG! The final product was exquisite. I’ve never seen a diamond sparkle so much.

The presentation of product included an ROA ring box, a premium black presentation box, and the IGI/GIA diamond certificate.

Of note, customer service & I did go back and forth with the dimensions and sizing of the rings (engagement ring, plus two wedding bands) due to size conversion discrepancies (ordered in AUS size but diagrams in U.S), but it was well worth it to be fastidious. All requests were accommodated without resistance. Excellent customer service via email and phone.

We saved so much money that we could afford almost a 2ct highest quality diamond; absolutely obscene!
