Do not purchase
Have purchased several items from RiiRoo - all terrible quality for the price. Customer service is not great. Recently had to get a tractor fixed (took 4 months of emails) and the tractor was only 2 months old when it broke. Now a wheel is broken (quality is really bad) and they have no replacement wheels and have no idea when a replacement will be available - maybe August time.
Would not recommend if you are looking for quality for the price.

I have bought 2 of the 36V 1000W…
I have bought 2 of the 36V 1000W Electric Quad bikes in sept 2025. First 2 3
months it was all fine and then one the bikes seems to start giving me a problem with battery running out very quick. Due to my
Work and not being present at home, I didn’t had enough time report the issue to company. When I had a chance I had good look and realised the battery wasn’t charging properly, and I made quiet few calls to company to report this issue. They have asked me to send the bike in for diagnosing the problem. They have arranged collection which I had to pay extra due to the misunderstanding collection slot and timing. Anyway, they have the bike now, and they have send me a email saying that the problem it’s with batteries and this is not in warranty. They have asked me £120 for new battery, £80 for transportation to my house. In total they have asked for £200. The new bike costs £429 😂. Absolutely disgusting.
I read the company’s previous review and saw that this bikes get a lot of problems with their batteries dying and that’s how this company makes their profits. In my opinion the company should but the battery in their warranty’s and replace them with out charging their customers. I don’t , AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE HONEST. after that email , I find it right to put this review here for other new customers to see what they gonna face once their purchase their products.

After your quad was returned to our service department, our technicians carried out a full diagnostic assessment. This included testing the batteries, charging system, electrical components, chain, sprockets, and overall operation of the vehicle. No manufacturing faults were identified during these checks. The quad was then tested using fully charged batteries and was found to be operating correctly.
As outlined in our warranty terms, batteries are classed as consumable items and are not covered where performance has deteriorated over time or due to becoming fully discharged. This policy is standard across the ride-on and powersports industry.
We understand that this outcome was not what you were hoping for, and we appreciate that the costs involved can be frustrating. However, the charges quoted reflected the replacement batteries required and the transportation costs associated with collecting, inspecting, and returning the vehicle.
We always encourage customers to contact us as soon as an issue arises so that we can provide troubleshooting advice and support at the earliest opportunity.

Got my son electric bike for his birthday open it the night before to notice the front disc is bent contact riiroo the day after on live chat said I will receive a new disc break that was over a week ago emailed then a few times and nothing it’s ridiculous seeing the bike wasn’t cheap to it was £500 pound

The dirt bike broke within 10 minutes…
The dirt bike broke within 10 minutes of first use. I reported the fault immediately but received no meaningful assistance. Given my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I expected the retailer to address a product that was clearly faulty from the outset. The lack of customer service and refusal to resolve the issue has been extremely disappointing.

Bought a porsche canyanne for my 2year…
Bought a porsche canyanne for my 2year baby boy he absolutely loves it and is init all the time. Best thing about it is that its selt belt goes over his shoulder like a harness. The car was built by riiroo and delivered withing 3days of ordering. I bought a car for a child's birthday .But it came with a wheel missing! Once I opened it up and realised I contacted Riiroo to ask for the m8ssing wheel! They offered to sell me one but refused to send the missing wheel! No phone number available and it's clear why !I was disconnected several times on the chat box provided and had to keep restarting my enquiry!Absolutely disgusted with Riiroos aftercare attitude !Horrendous customer service !

Having reviewed your case, we can see that the missing wheel was reported approximately three months after the item was delivered. As outlined in our policy, any missing parts or delivery discrepancies should be reported within 30 days of receipt so that we can investigate with our warehouse and courier while the delivery is still relatively recent.
We appreciate that the item was purchased as a gift and was not opened immediately. However, after a period of three months, we are unfortunately unable to verify whether a component was missing at the point of dispatch, which is why we were unable to provide the wheel free of charge.
We apologise if our decision was disappointing, but it was based on the length of time between delivery and the issue being reported rather than a reluctance to help.

I bought 2 of the 24V cars for my children for Christmas and from we got them the cars went dead after 10 mins. I just thought this was normal but then I decided to contact Riiroo about them in May as my children just couldn’t enjoy them. Honey and Kayleigh replied to me from Riiroo and they were really helpful, polite and supportive. Riiroo collected the cars, repaired them and delivered them back. I could not be happier with the service I have received. I am extremely happy and I thank everyone at Riroo for the amazing service. First class!!

Excellent service
Excellent service from friendly, helpful company. Over a year ago I bought a two child remote control electric quad and my Grandchildren love it. When the steering motor failed RiiRoo immediately sent me a new part. I could not discover how to take the car apart so took it back to the company and they repaired it while I waited. There was a long period between receiving the part and my being able to get there but the Guys were understanding and no quibbling. A great company to deal with.

Awful
Ordered a BLUE electric child's motorcycle wich was delivered 2 days later and that's as good as it gets.
On opening the box I discovered that it was bright PINK, not suitable for a 6 year old boy. Contacted Riiroo who agreed to replace the incorrect item 4 days later when DPD would deliver the BLUE one and collect the PINK one. Waited in all day to no avail. Contacted Riiroo again ( takes them 24 hours to reply ) and they claimed DPD had lost the parcel ( approximately 4ftx3ftx1.5ft ) They offered to send a replacement 5 days later wich I declined as my grandsons ( the intended recipient)birthday had passed and I requested a refund. They arranged for the collection of the incorrect item 7 days later and they received it back 2 days after. Then waited 7 days before contacting them again to ask where my refund was and received the usual excuse that the item was being inspected by their Returns department. 4 days later with my patience exhausted I contacted them again to say if I did not receive my refund in 3 days I would open a case with PayPal ( who I'm glad I used ) to recover the payment. This hit the spot as I was refunded the next day. They offered a discount on a future order, it'll be a cold day in hell when that happens. Easily the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I purchased two go-karts from them
I purchased two go-karts from them. Ashley is amazing to deal with really helpful bloke. I’ve had one or two issues straight away sorted no cost to me. I will be back in the future to buy more. The build quality on them is really good. The McLaren drift cart looks amazing and my son is having no end of fun with it. The two seater go-kart again is loads of fun. The only problem I have now is getting the kids out of them.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Bought a 24v electric John Deere truck for my son and after 7 months it stopped working. After many weeks of tedious back and forth I was told it needed a new battery which didn’t come under the standard warranty as I should have also purchased additional ‘battery warranty’. After purchasing a new battery for £70 the vehicle still does not work and they believe it to be the ignition barrel, however this also does not come under warranty as the warranty is only valid for 6 months, when I asked to be sent information on the appropriate ignition barrel to purchase I was told they could not send this information and that I would need to pay a £15 invoice and they would send the part - I don’t know anyone who pays for an item they have not been able to view first! This all being said after spending all of this money I am not even sure if this is going to fix the vehicle. I spent over £350 on an item that didn’t even last 7 months. Customer service has been very difficult as you cannot physically speak to anyone and have to wait for a bot to respond on their live chat and emails take days for a response. I would not recommend buying from this company at all.
