Massive range of tiles
Massive range of tiles, beautifully displayed and good quality products.
We bought our 3 bathrooms and ground floor tiles from Ali J from isleworth and got delivery on time and nicely wrapped. Ali J was very helpful from day one till our project finished. Only thing is don’t buy adhesive or grout extra they will not take it back apparently it is industry’s standard.

Avoid Right Tiles at all costs
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered tiles for my bathroom from Right Tiles in Hanworth last week. The model was Nexus Blue. The tiles I received yesterday are model G. Crash Blue. They are similar to the ones I ordered but not the same. The tile guys insist they are the same and that in the showroom tiles are given a different name to the manufacturer's to avoid customers getting the name and going to a different shop.
They will not listen and they will try to convince you that you are in the wrong. They will patronise you and laugh at you. They will give you no option but keep tiles you did not order.
I have asked for a refund but they want to charge me 35% claiming it's company policy.
When I have mentioned my legal rights under the Consumer Act 2015, I have been mocked, twice.
I cannot afford to pay the restocking charge, so I have been forced to keep tiles I don't want.
