My experience with Right Tiles (Hayes branch) has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

Before purchasing, I was clearly told that the tiles would take approximately three weeks to arrive, with reassurance that they could be sourced from other branches. Based on this information, I went ahead with the purchase.

Three weeks passed with no call, no message, and no update. When I eventually contacted them myself, I was then told that the tiles were actually coming from overseas, needed to clear customs, and that there was no confirmed delivery date. This was never mentioned at the time of sale. Had I been told this upfront, I would have chosen alternative tiles that were readily available.

Since then, communication has been extremely poor. Every call results in the same response:
“Someone will call you back,” or “Send a text and we’ll get back to you.”
No one ever does.

Responsibility is constantly passed from one staff member to another, with no accountability. I am now at the stage where calls go unanswered and messages are ignored entirely.

Delays can happen — I understand that. But lack of honesty, lack of updates, and complete absence of customer care after payment is unacceptable. A simple courtesy call or message would have made a huge difference.

This company is completely dishonest
They agreed I could return 2 boxes of tiles I bought as samples for a refund before I bought.
They demanded a 30 per cent handling fee
When I called to return they completely changed their mind and refused any return unless I bought other tiles.
Do not touch this company with a bathrobe
My assistant was a witness there and they said we were both wrong

At Right Tiles, not only one finds a good selection of tiles but the staff are very polite, very helpful and they do all they can to meet your requirements. A big thank you Mr Vimal and Saqib at Isleworth branch for their help and support.

Seriously avoid this company. I ordered tiles over a month before needed and was asked to call 3 days before needed. I called a week before and was assured they would be ready for collection at the store where I ordered them from. Builder went to collect and tiles not there. Advised we now have to drive over 3 hours to the exact opposite side of London and collect from their warehouse. They don’t care. I do not recommend this company.

Vimal was so helpful from the moment we walked into the shop. He was really patient and listened carefully to answer all the queries we had. His experience and knowledge was very evident which was a great help.

What a great place we found! Right from walking in such a welcoming atmosphere with so much choice. They beat our best quote and gave us fast delivery. Even when we pop back for grout or the extras we need we feel like family, everyone takes the time to say hello and ask how the building project is going. I love how all the grout colours are available to compare. The choice in-store is unimaginable and nothing is too much trouble, after paying the deposit the manager even let me take to floor samples home for the night to see the difference in the house and make my choice after the weekend. I really would happing recommend this company and in particular the Isleworth store to anyone who needs tile, for a small bathroom or large scale project like ours. It was my first visit to their Isleworth store for purchasing the Tiles for bathroom renovation; Ashish was brilliant when it comes to take you through the showroom, help you pick up the perfect combinations of Tiles (floor and wall), explaining the rates and available discounts. Quite satisfied with overall experience, got my stuff delivered on time. Highly Recommend.

I had a very good experience at Right Tiles, Isleworth. The showrom has an excellent range of tiles in different styles, sizes and finishes.
Ashish and Saquib were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and offered helpful advice based on my space and requirements, without any pressure to rush the decision.

Zarak was great and helped us pick the right tiles. We are very happy with the selection and it turned out great. Would recommend to others.

Excellent Experience with Right Tile
I had a great experience with Right Tile. The quality of the tiles is excellent, and the variety of designs made it easy to find exactly what I needed. Excellent company, amazing quality tiles, very welcoming customer service, specially by Nihad. He was extremely helpful and helped me choose the right quantity and style of tiles needed.

I ordered my downstairs floor tiles from the Croydon branch. Everyone in there is very helpful and friendly. The way the tiles are displayed is excellent and makes it easy to browse the different designs. When my order arrived unfortunately 2 of the tiles were broken. They immediately replaced the tiles and threw in a bag of grout for my trouble. I returned a few weeks later to order my bathroom tiles from them. I’m very happy to recommend this tile shop!

I went to the croydon shop and bought tiles for my renovation project. They have a good range of tiles at a reasonable price.

The staffs are also very friendly, the only thing I will complain is they do not have stock and have to order from the factory, which could take some time. But this is generally not a problem if you plan ahead.

I’ve visited this store many times to purchase tiles, adhesive, and beading, and the experience is consistently excellent. The customer service is always outstanding, with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and offer expert advice. Orders are reliably delivered on time, and the store is always well stocked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently visited Right Tiles to buy tiles for my house, and I had a really great experience. One of their employees, Raghav, assisted me throughout the entire selection process. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in understanding my requirements and suggesting the right options. Thanks to his guidance, choosing the tiles became easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend Right Tiles to anyone looking for quality tiles and excellent customer service.
