Right Now Residential Anmeldelser

Noah from Right Now Residential has been extremely helpful in assisting me with extending my tenancy due to needing more time to find a property. Despite me changing my mind twice, Noah has accommodated my request with so much ease which has brought a lot of stress down! Thanks Noah - your help and professionalism is much appreciated.

Sophie has been absolutely wonderful. She responds quickly, she knows her properties well, she is willing to spend time helping me understand options. She has entered into the story behind my house search and has really tried to help me. She explained the guarantor system very clearly. She is articulate, professional and empathetic.

I was working closely with them to help me move from one flat to another, both managed by them. Despite the slow start of the process, the final stages went smoothly as Mariam from RightNowResidential was helpful and quick with communication to ensure any details or concerns are covered and answered!

Many thanks.

My previous contract with Right Now Residential was about to be renewed and the renewal negotiator, Noah Johnny, has helped me a lot during the process and kept the communication between us super effective. Thank you.

I had to move from Paris to London for my new job, it was very scary at first but my experience with Right Now Residential has been positive throughout the whole process!
Mariam, in particular, deserves special mention for her outstanding support throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my queries and concerns, providing assistance and guidance at every step.
I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy assistance with their accommodation needs, especially for those relocating from abroad.
Thank you again Mariam.

I received an amazing service from Chloe and I will definitely recommend this company!

Great agency, I had the pleasure of being supported by Mariam Fayad who had fast-tracked my application and was great to liaise with as I moved into my property.

The whole process is pleasant and efficient. Always get prompt reply and detailed instruction from Mariam.

Would highly recommend Right Now Residential for being so flexible and responsive agency. Chloe has been brilliant and addressed all my queries immediately 😊

Want to say my thanks to Chloe here - she’s been very friendly, cooperative and speedy, which is what I needed. Thanks to her I had my peace of mind about the application, she always kept me updated on time.

Chloe Duong assisted me in finding a house in Luton. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially during a challenging phase when I needed to gather documents from my company. I appreciate her support throughout the process

It was a pleasure dealing with Noah Johnny on the renewal of the tenancy agreement on the flat at Maltings Place. He was fantastic in negotiating a long-term lease at a competitive increased rental per month. He was super-efficient and the process was finalised within a week. Many thanks Noah.

Our experience was quite smooth. People were extremely professional and responsive. Mariam Fayad did an amazing job.

I’ve been waiting for my deposit to be returned since my lease ended 19 Feb and I first reached out to them on 27 Feb to enquire about the deposit and move out inspection. It’s now 17 April and these guys keep ghosting me - not answering calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and today is the deadline (30 working days) to respond to TDS, which they are also ignoring. For more context, they stopped responding to emails and rejected phone calls starting 5 March and did not resume communications until I posted a review of their “service” online (and they’ve since gone silent again). The terms of the tenancy agreement have also defined when the deposit must be returned so they are entirely in breach of the tenancy agreement but do not care. They are terrible, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

Edit: Please refer to the photo in my Google review of Right Now. Despite their denial of responsibility in their response to my review, my deposit with TDS was clearly held with them and they were considered responsible by TDS to authorise the return of my deposit as you will see in the screenshot that I provided on my Google review. Their delayed responses led to taking two months (where they largely ignored my communications) to get my deposit back.

Chloe was super helpful and proffesional, always being tolerant to my sometimes stupid questions!

Calmly explained everything to me along the way.

Thanks Chloe!

The agents working at RightNow Residential were lovely and helped me find the right apartment. Especially Mariam, she guided me through the administrative process given the little time I had to move in to the apartment. Really recommend them!

I have lived in 5 different countries and had rented from a lot of different people and countries never have I ever came across a more incompetent organisation, the less than 6 months , we haven’t have water for a full week, wifi out for 2 months, electricity out for a week, I haven’t had heating all winter for over 3 months, many leaks in the property that they completely ignore.
This business does not deserve any client.
If you are a landlord do not give your property to them to manage ,
If you are a tenant do not rent with them.
They are making money by abusing tenants!
If you have any compassion in you do not give this business money as they you it to harm lives!
The worst agency on the plant.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY.....
I m a tenant 191 Gloucester place since few months every 2 weeks we have issue water leak, no power, no water, roof water leak, mouse, .. no wifi. ..AGAIN AND AGAIN
We have to stay to hotel in february for 3 days and one month after we have any update to have our money back.
Ending a contract is impossible they refuse the new tenant ALWAYS AN EXCUSE.

I can recommend this company as they have good quality service and properties. Chloe and Natalie were very responsive and always ready to help.
