My husband and I chose to use RightMoving for our move to Switzerland because they were able to offer us our own van rather than part-load and this way we'd get our stuff in two days rather than 5-18 that most companies were offering. The price was better than other offers as well so even though RightMoving was a new company and we knew we were taking a risk booking with them, we felt that on balance it was worth it to know the date when our things would arrive.

Mario and Aga were very responsive throughout the process and got everything booked in and arranged easily.

On the moving date in the UK the driver and the helper were on time and Artur who came to help was very helpful and very nice. Unfortunately the driver was from an agency (because of the lockdown rules in the UK) and perhaps didn't know he was supposed to help with on-loading and off-loading so he stayed in the car. My husband was very happy to help though so the driver got on without any issues. We received regular updates from Mario and everything went smoothly until the van got to the Swiss border. The Swiss customs officer decided to make things very difficult and caused a delay of about 8 hours and we ended up having to pay VAT on our old stuff just to speed up the process (this was not RightMoving's fault as we had all the required paperwork, the customs officer just decided he didn't believe I was moving to Switzerland for work even though I had a letter from my job saying I had been offered a job).

By the time the van got to our new apartment in Switzerland the person who Mario had arranged to come and help had left and Mario wasn't able to arrange anyone at such short notice which was completely understandable. Due to the driver's heart condition he wasn't able to help moving our stuff up the stairs into our flat so I ended up having to carry almost everything myself (my husband hadn't arrived in Switzerland yet). I couldn't get the heaviest things so the next morning the driver, one of our neighbours, and my rental agent helped me move the rest of the stuff up the stairs. Mario had found someone to help but we had moved everything in by about 9am so didn't end up needing them at the end. Because the company promised two men at both collection and delivery, Mario very quickly repaid us what he would have paid for people to help with carrying the stuff.

On balance I'm very happy with the service. I always felt like Mario was there to help at any point I needed and I know he worked incredibly hard to sort everything out even with all the problems which were outside of his control. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars was because I felt RightMoving should have vetted the driver more thoroughly even if he came from an agency and I'm sure they will after the experience.

I would definitely use RightMoving again in the future.

Excellent service from Mario and Aga. Very professional, helpful and patient. Everything was done as promised (even quicker than anticipated). Great collection and drop-off personnel. I can really recommend this company.

Suburb service and attitude.

We contacted a number of different moving companies and from early on Mario and his team were transparent, friendly, professional and honest. They quote a fair price and are upfront with any questions.

We are soo pleased to have chosen rightmoving for our relocation from the UK back to Ireland. They were pleasent to communicate with, cooperative and understanding leading up to our travel date.

A prime example: I was transporting two motorcycles with our household items and there were Brexit customs issues at the Irish border leading to substantial delays in obtaining clearance (8 hours..) Mario never lost his cool. He remained calm, professional and optimistic at all times (even though going with little sleep or food).

If anyone is considering a removal company, Rightmoving should be on the top of your list. Mario and his team will go above and beyond with a smile and positivity that is much needed when arranging a stressful relocation.

We moved from UK to Germany. "Right moving" made this very easy for us. The movers were very friendly and tried to accommodate all our wishes. A small table broke during the move. The company immediately compensated us without any problems. We would recommend "Right move" to anyone.

Great removal company, definitely recommend it. We moved from the uk to France with them and had a delay due to our phone number being english + Corona virus situation slowing everything down, but the communication with rightmoving has always been on point and reassuring. Prices are quite good, too. Don't hesitate !

Mario and Aga were very polite and professional when dealing with the arrangements for the move. On the day, we had underestimated how much there was to move. In difficult times you get to see someone's true character! Mario manages to sort another van and driver within a couple of hours. All my goods were packed up, moved and loaded into storage. Great service and u would thoroughly recommend.
