After reading the reviews and for what I've seen myself, I really don't understand how this website or platform is even still running When they obviously have nothing but bugs in their system or scams 😡 and i lost 70 dollars for the subscription I paid for my account on it.... no apology, no, nothing, not even a sorry for trying to pull money out of my account without me Even having a consent it. No , sorry ,no apology to me not even a hey, sorry about that.Let me get you your account that you paid for rightfully and let's do things the right way.And maybe I might just accept that , but as of right now I ain't liking it...

Try this propfirm at the beginning.
Good interface, and good project.

After 1 month, i stop. To many bug, huge spread, and big latency (30 secondes to get an order on the market.)

Then tonight, 2 or 3 month later an email for a free account.
Woaw that a nice thing.
Well, i have to pay activation fees for this "free account"

Have all the mails with the support ton back up my words.

Part 3: Let's Talk About Their Trading Platform

The Riffard Terminal is plagued with delays and lacks many of the basic features that traders expect. Unlike platforms such as MT5, TradeLocker, or Match-Trader, it does not provide integrated charts, making trade management unnecessarily difficult.

To place a stop-loss, you have to rely on TradingView prices instead of the platform itself. You also cannot set a take-profit or properly manage open positions. These are fundamental features that any modern trading platform should have.

For a proprietary trading firm to operate without these basic tools raises serious concerns about its professionalism. In my experience, they also failed to pay my $5,000 payout. At the same time, they heavily promote themselves as an institution offering up to $100 million in trading capital. I find that claim difficult to reconcile with a firm that, in my experience, was unable or unwilling to process a relatively small trader payout.

Using this prop firm is not recommended at all, the way they have designed their rules such as payout window 1 month is to fail traders.

The trading app they offer to trader is full of BUGS. The platform is not tradeable at all.

Multiple issues such as trades on visible.

Auto logout even you are in a trade but cant log back in to manage your trade.

Trade doesn't close even if you have closed the trade from your end. Trade will show multiple duplicate entries.

Entries taken will not execute on the price it shows always shows trade already in a losing position when you enter.

Support team will never agree and accept the issue related to app hence blame traders.

I got impacted multiple times and each times I had made good amount of profits but lost all due to these issues I reported these issue they never admitted that these issue is from their end hence blamed me instead.

I provided all the evidence emails screenshots but still no help.

I asked them if they have paid out to any trader yet but no response from that email.

I paid subscription fee multiple times due to the 1% daily loss limit violation just because of their app. 1 losing entry was showing there multiple times and impacted my pnl.

I provided very detailed email with all evidences but they didn't help and then I just terminated their service after wasting my 1 month month and hard earned money. I GAVE UP FINALLY

They are just here to collect Traders money as much as possible and no one will be able to find their existence after couple of months.

I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY. VERY

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HEM

For now I would say their problem solving and response team is the best they are now in the stage of improving the platform... I m kindly trading with their platform and i would say it's gud ....
