Ridge Flame Anmeldelser 

Since my previous post, Ridge Flame has reached out to me and once more has proven why I rated them above satisfactory.
My previous issues pertained to the lack of communication and professionalism with the carrier (3rd party delivery service).
Ridge Flame has assured me the concerns will be addressed with the third party carrier and offered to compensate me for my loss.

Again, my previous comments were solely based on the third party carrier and no reflection on Ridge Flame. Ridge Flame has rectified my concerns.

Awesome customer service that help me with my order. Gabriel from ridge flame helped me out when I had a minor problem and corrected it right away. Would recommend ridge flame to anyone that needs to purchase a fireplace.

Received the gas logs as ordered and love them. Had a minor problem but Ridge Flame was quick to resolve it.

The ordering process was a little iffy, my CC was charged 3 times before it finally took my info, it did finally go thru and it took a couple weeks to get the heater, but we are just getting the stove hooked up today, so not sure how it works yet.

Online ordering was quite easy and there was a good promo discount. I had the unit shipped to my contractor in another state. The glass and screen were damaged. I notified the company and they quickly ordered replacement parts. Those arrived non damaged. Can't wait to have it installed.

We recently purchased a wood fireplace from Ridge Flame and had a great experience. We reached out to them before placing the order, and Gabriel was very helpful and quick to respond to our emails. I have not installed my iron strike Mont lake 300GL wood burning insert, but what is great is I ordered my unit on 8/24/2026 and it was delivered on 9/9/2026. It sat a week near my house waiting for the delivery schedule. It arrived packaged well and exact item I ordered so happy with everything so far! Price was also cheaper than other sites as well by close to 20%!

The service was exceptional. I had a damaged item due to the shipper, and it was promptly replaced and resolved.

We’re extremely happy we chose Ridge Flame! The fireplace looks great and arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made sure we had all the right parts and answered every question we had. The only issue was that the fireplace screen arrived scratched and dented, but Ridge Flame responded right away and shipped us a brand-new screen the very next day at no cost. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Ridge Flame!
