Rick Stein's White Burgundy is an outstanding easy drinking wine. The delivery process was both quick, efficient and very carefully packed.

The staff were excellent.
The food ok but overall not impressed
Placed our order
They had run out of soda bread. They had forgot half our order. So the meal was out of order. Then they run out of the ingredients for my drink so could only have one drink Hugo sprites. Also there was no chunky chips for the steak and chips meal

Easy to order, but quite a wait to receive the parcel.

The website assumed the billing address was the same as the delivery address and I couldn't find how to change it. The parcel was delivered safely but it is a gift so I don't know if it's ok. I did send you a message via pissed but haven't had a response, so hence my review.

This was the most complicated meal I have had to prepare from dispatch.?no problem for me but it was time consuming..
Also this was not value for money
The food supplied was top quality but just not worth the time I had to spend on preparation

Visited on 27th March with 5 friends . So very disappointed. After googling menu when we ordered the meals we were hoping for were not available . Only to be told they were subject to be changed . We opted for £34 pp for 3 course meal
Marked with a star. Choices we made were disappointing, also the bill did not relate to what we ordered . As to not cause a fuss we paid and left. Would not recommend or not visit or return again .

efficient delivery, good experience

The delivery was on schedule as always but driver left the parcel on the front steps in full sunlight,not sensible but as we were at home no damage was done. The scallops were lovely although rather small but that was more than compensated by the generous quality of Monkfish Fillets. Pan cooked in butter, fish stock,garlic and a little white wine eaten with hot crusty bread,gorgeous.

Timely delivery with excellent quality food. We always book our fish from Rick Stein and with this order we have already had the salmon and looking forward to tasting more.

You promised, you delivered and the gift was well received

Warm welcome and excellent service throughout. Food was exceptional as expected plus wine was very good.

Whilst spending £80 on fish may seem a lot, we had enough fish and shellfish and mackerel pate for 4 lunches and 4 dinners, all so fresh and good sized portions.
