First time ordering from Rick Stein Homewares. Order incomplete, but charged. Contacted Tuesday, told they’d look into it. Have heard nothing since, 5 days later.
I’d expect a refund, replacement, even a confirmation reply to the email I was asked to send. Disappointed.

Very easy ordering and delivery was excellent. Started reading the book and must say very well laid out with excellent narration and so good to see the history, then the added bonus is the recipes within including the notes from Jack and Ed Well Done

These mugs made an excellent gift to share with three others, as a daily reminder of our friendship. The design is eye catching and evocative of the bays that surround Padstow.. The bonus, hidden till used, is just how very comfortable they are to drink from with a wide cylinder and made from delicate bone china thats sturdy in use.

Don’t know what the fuss is all about … a Rick Stein restaurant.
The only thing I enjoyed was the service. The staff were down flu asn attentive.
The restaurant was nothing great. Not even table cloths on the table. Bare fake marble tables and uncomfortable seats
They brought out bread and a thimble of olives. Not a bread roll but sliced bread. You’d think in a high end restaurant like this is supposed to be, they would serve decent bread!
Nothing grabbed me on the menu. All was fried or creamy so we settled for the lamb (with croutons of all thjngs!) which was just ok! The prices were definitely not worth the dishes. Well I’ve done it once … never again.
