Very friendly and efficient service people. And I didn’t have to wait very long. And when I was trying to find my car, a very kind service person found it and pulled it out for me. Very helpful since it’s difficult for me to get around.

Rick case Honda no longer an option
Appt at 8 at the collision center, didn't get an estimator until shortly after 915am. Counter associates kept insisting i should get my rental cart 1st. Why that matters, v they couldn't explain. Finally got my car dropped. Called 3 days later, no response. Called 4 days straight and no response until the 5th day. Furthermore, tried calling 3 managers and even the director, still no response. This place has gone downhill very quickly since the demise of Rick Case. How sad!

Dishonest service in Rick Case Honda
I went for my very first service for my 2021 Honda Pilot today 09/02/2021. I was met by a service manager named Andrea Sanchez. I have prepaid plan and was informed that my truck will only need an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for an hour and a half and was told that my truck was ready. I came home and then I realized the tire rotation was never done as the front driver side tire which lost a cap was still there and the front passenger tire which had a slight scratch was also still there. I called the Asst Service Manager Andrea Sanchez and told her about it. I heard Andrea talked to someone and said, “ I told you to put a cap” I told her since the tire rotation wasn’t done. Then I have doubts now if the oil change was also done. She told me to come back tomorrow and speak to the managers namely, Wade Bell and Alex Corcho. I demanded to be shown a video that the oil change was really done.

They always treat me like family. They know me by name even before the pull up my account. I love Glen, Jeffrey, David, Patrick and let’s not forget Josh. They are the reason I drive from Fayetteville to Gwinnett to maintain my investment.

Unethical dealership
I decided to give Rick case automotive a second chance at a different location. Went to buy the palisade not expecting them to come down off msrp since it is currently a hot seller. When the paperwork came out, there was a rip-off charge of $6,000 yes 6 thousand for a protection package. This not mandatory, it is an option. They use it on every car and will take it off unless it is a car that is in short supply and high demand at the time. This is unethical but some people will pay it just to get the high end palisade right then and there. Because this an unadvertised add on and it is selective, I would never recommend doing business with any Rick Case dealership anywhere due to this type of underhanded practice of doing business

The service advisor 7992 Danny Guerrero didn’t treat me in the best way. He assured me that for the reasons that I had taken my car to the mechanic were normal and I had asked him to drive the car together to show him what was wrong. During that process of driving the car, he told me that I was looking for a problem that the car didn’t have with an unnecessary attitude. That’s when I had decided not to show him anything else, pay for what I had to pay and go home. His attitude towards the customers are unacceptable.

I have my oil change always at this location this time the old sticker was not removed nor did a new placed also I always check the oil level when I get home this time it was at lower mark I wiped and retested 3 times seems it needed about 16 ounces
