Ria has been a huge help in my revocery and the Counselor I was paired with (Brett Lowrey) has been strong advocate for me and the journey I'm currently on.

I have been a member of the Ria Health program for approximately 9 months. All of the staff that I have met since my intake have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The concern for my wellbeing has assisted me in making a life change from the dependency on alcohol. My personal counselor has been instrumental in my recovery. I look forward to our discussions and interaction. Since our first meeting my counselor has taken a personal interest in my recovery and his assistance and direction or suggestions has and is helping me carve out a long-term plan that I feel can be sustainable if I do the work. I look forward to continuing our work together. The personal attention he has given me is paramount. I have definitely slipped several times during my program and my counselor has been reassuring and has helped me refocus on what is most important to me and my program; the present and planning for the future and not dwellng on the past or things I cannot change.

In addition to my counseling sessions, the doctors and all of the staff have been wonderful. Again, the personnel attention to “my” program has been excellent in every aspect from intake, medication, physician meetings, and of course counseling. Based on my experience, I am sure all of the counselors are great, but I am partial to mine. The app and the tools available are fantastic and easy to use and navigate through. The staff has always been available to answer any questions I have had and very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend the Ria Health program to anyone who believes he or she has an addiction problem because they will not be disappointed, but the you have to put in the work.

My providers are always on time. They are very concerned and tuned in to my issues. And I really enjoy my experiences with my providers.

Excessive counseling and doctor visits. Not for someone who only wants to reduce drinking during occasional/social events.
Counselor didn’t contribute much and was more engage in chats that did not have anything to do with what the counseling sessions were intended to.

Ria has an excellent setup to help address your personal health in a tailored and effective way. The providers and coaches take time to listen, understand how they can help, and set you up for long-term success.

Since starting with this program I have learned a lot about drinking and how to curb the cravings! The meetings and coaching sessions are very helpful! Highly recommend this program!

Just poorly set all round. Cancel account I’m going new directions

Got me started right away. Took a few days to get coach. Another few for meds... its been helpful but worth what I paid out of pocket since not covered under insurance... no, coaching is just like talking to a stranger not really guided by any real conversation structure. Havent had groups yet. Med call was more guided by myself and what I wanted cause they just wanted to start low. Even though I shared my experience in past. Overall if it was less $ or covered, I would continue with program but 2 weeks in im not inclined too.

The doctors were always very kind and nice. Brett Lowry was hands-down a very calm, cool, collected and awesome dude. Great insight on everything.

The medication has been helpful. The coaching sessions have not. There is not really any opportunity for a personal connection and the directives are the same each time. It is not a good use of my time.

Wonderful doctors and counselors. I have made tremendous progress with their help.

My coach is Brett Lowrey and right away we had a good connection! It’s not often to find that in a coach/therapist/counselor! As we are both veterans, Brett and I “speak the same language” when it comes to things, and he has an innate knowledge of what would work for me as a vet during my recovery and subsequent maintenance of sobriety. Everyone at RIA Health has been amazing and I am more than farther along in reaching my goal of abstinence than I thought I would be. I’ve had the opportunity to attend inpatient programs but this has been the most effective path for me and I would not change it at all! I’m thankful for RIA Health and especially thankful for Brett Lowrey! 10 out of 10 Stars all the way!

Fantastic people that don’t judge and are really invested in the people they serve

I can’t recommend Brett Lowrey at Ria Health highly enough.

When I started the program in April, I was struggling with binge drinking. I wasn’t looking for judgment—I was looking for someone who could help me understand my habits, give me practical tools, and support me while I made real changes. Brett has been exactly that person.

With his coaching, combined with naltrexone, I haven’t had a single hangover since starting the program. That’s something I honestly wasn’t sure was possible a few months ago.

Brett has a way of making you feel heard without ever making you feel ashamed. He’s encouraging, insightful, and knows when to challenge you and when to simply listen. He helps you focus on progress instead of perfection, which made all the difference for me. If you’re someone who appreciates a coach who is positive, adaptable, genuinely invested in your success, and able to meet you where you are, Brett is exceptional.
