Ya desde la entrada te transporta a otro mundo. Solo al cruzar esa puerta, con esa impresionante bola, empiezas a sentir que estás entrando en un lugar diferente. Es difícil explicarlo con palabras; hay que verlo, vivirlo y sentirlo.
La plaza es sencillamente espectacular, impecable y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Todo el ambiente consigue trasladarte por completo a otra ciudad y hace que la experiencia empiece mucho antes de sentarte a la mesa.
Y qué decir del servicio… de diez, no; de cien. Atentos, amables, profesionales y pendientes de todo en cada momento. Un trato cercano y exquisito que hace que te sientas realmente bien atendido. Quiero hacer una mención especial al camarero que estuvo atendiéndonos, un chico con barba, y también a la camarera que nos atendió. A los dos, muchísimas gracias por el trato y la profesionalidad.
Y después llega la comida… espectacular. Cada plato, cada detalle y cada sabor hacen que la experiencia sea todavía mejor. Mi más sincera enhorabuena al chef y a todo su equipo de cocina, porque detrás de cada plato se nota el trabajo, la dedicación y el cariño.
Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar y, sobre todo, para volver.

Unauthorized recurring charges - not good.
Was signed up for a recurring $69.99 subscription that I never agreed to, apparently when I unsuccessfully tried to order a taxi one time. They also added small charges to things like Uber Eats orders. Have filed an appropriate dispute with my credit card company.
UPDATE 9/1/26: after a closer review of my statement with the credit card company it now appears that Rezaflash charges 10 cents weekly on top of the "subscription" they sign you up for, whether or not they actually provide any services.
We are planning to contact them at their email address provided below and will supplement this message regarding their response. We have received a few recommendations to alert the consumer protection division of the state attorney general's office for both our home state and the state of Wyoming so we will explore that too.
UPDATE 9/4/2026 - Rezaflash agreed to reverse one, but not both, of the charges. They also said that the .10 charges appearing weekly are for a travel "magazine" that I do not find ever having been sent.
Will be contacting the attorney general's office. It appears they do business under the name Novalane Operations LLC and are registered in Wyoming. Their registered agent for service of process appears to be:

I would encourage anyone who has had an issue with them to also contact the consumer protection agency in your state, and let the state of Wyoming know as well.

This is a fraudulent business and a scam. I never ended up securing a reservation through their service and they have now randomly charged my visa card $69.99 ($90 in my local currency) weeks later. There is no way to get in contact with anyone to even resolve the issue. I figured out by going on their site they were charging me the highest subcription price which I would have never agreed too (convenient for them). When I e-mailed them about the subscription (because you can't get in contact through their chat or phone) they are now saying that they are reversing the charge which I have yet to see. I also have no account with them to even manage my subscription.
Update: they reply the same thing to everyone upon further investigation! They also will continue to charge your card monthly unless you cancel it!
Don’t fall for the trap!!

Restaurant booking caused bogus recurring subscription
Restaurant booking resulted in two unwanted subscriptions and $212.98 in charges
While booking a restaurant in Italy, we provided a credit card. That transaction resulted in a $0.01 charge, followed three days later by $69.99, additional monthly $69.99 charges, and weekly $0.25 charges.
We did not knowingly purchase either a $69.99/month “Concierge” subscription or a separate recurring “Magazine” subscription.
Support initially claimed it could not locate the account despite having the cardholder, exact dates, amounts and card’s last four digits. After I supplied my partner’s email and phone number, Rezaflash admitted that both subscriptions existed: Concierge was cancelled July 31 and Magazine was cancelled August 25. Total charged: $212.98. They confirmed cancellation but have so far avoided the refund request.
Novalane Operations LLC operates both Rezaflash and restaurant-booking site Eloresto. In my experience, what appeared to be a restaurant-booking transaction became a deceptive negative-option subscription funnel. Check every checkout screen carefully and monitor your card statement.

They are lying, there is no "further review" they are just refusing to refund my money.
This is a scam operation. Every 5 star review is paid, every 1 star review is the same - someone was trying to get a taxi or similar and were unknowingly signed up for a $70/mo concierge service and "magazine". Absolutely no one would pay $70/mo to call taxis and book restaurants in the age of Uber and Rezy, let alone some AI slop webzine.
If, like me, you were scammed by these guys, you can fight back: file complaints with the BBB, the FTC and the Wyoming attorney general. AI can walk you through it: just tell the AI what happened and it can write the perfect note for each agency, link you directly to the forms, etc. Takes like 20 minutes. Pay it forward so the next guy isn't scammed.

Will never stop charging you
Signed up for their taxi concierge service while in Cádiz, Spain. They failed to find a taxi and canceled my request, while still charging me for the service. I never received a refund, and they continued to charge me for the subscription. I canceled the subscription, and they have continued to bill me for 4+ months.
