I was so worried on a Sunday that I would have to go to the emergency vet and spend hundreds of dollars. After signing up for 4 visits (only $30 each?!) to use in a year I saw the vet within 20 minutes! She was kind and smart and prescribed my baby what he needed. I always have tons of questions and the team at RexVet, not just the vet, were so helpful every step of the way! I am so glad I have 3 more visits to use in case I need them :)

Hidden fees! False advertising! Run!!! Do not use!!!
Unexpected $20 prescription transfer fee after purchasing a $120 veterinary package
I purchased RexVet's $120 Family Plan, which includes four virtual veterinary visits. During my consultation, I specifically told the veterinarian that I wanted my pet's prescription sent to my local Giant pharmacy.
The veterinarian told me I would see a button to transfer the prescription and simply needed to select it. I was not told during the consultation that this would incur an additional $20 fee.
RexVet advertises that its veterinarians can route prescriptions to local pharmacies or to RexVetRx, and describes the process as a “one-step process.” My experience was much more complicated, consuming considerable time and causing unnecessary frustration, and I was subsequently told I would have to pay an additional $20 to transfer the prescription.
A fee associated with an advertised prescription-routing option was not clearly disclosed to me before I purchased the package or requested the prescription be sent to Giant.
My advice to other pet owners: DO NOT USE REXVETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!
