Camera picture is clear and easy to install/setup. Draw back is you can’t view the screen with polarized sunglasses on and the screen flashes at night when used with another IR camera built in the vehicles.

Don't know. I have a 2020 Ram, 2500 and there's no app that pops up on the screen or on phone to watch movies.

Overall, I’d give this a 3-star experience. The instructions on the Shop app weren’t very clear about which specific products were needed to ensure my Rexing camera records while the vehicle is turned off. Because of that, I ended up ordering several components that I didn’t actually need. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the boxes and packaging, so I wasn’t able to return them. Clearer guidance upfront would have made a big difference.

Rexing sells quality products and stands behind them with their customer support. I’ve had numerous dash cams that have lasted for years with flawless operation. Highly recommend them.

No instructions how to install. I’m 78 and can’t see screen. Can I detach the unit from mount in order to see screen and set it up?

Wicked fast delivery, received what I ordered. No complaints! One recommendation - the double sided tape provided is not very sticky!

Fast shipping times. Packaged well. All contents in good shape and included everything it ws supposed to. Seems to be performing well already. Advice....Instruction manual is missing some information, How to save an event before the camera overwrites? Clear direction on how to mount the rear camera to keep the image correct orientation, as there seems to be no way to alter it other than peel the cam off the rear window and place the camera to match the screen view.

Rexing cams and hardwire installation kits need to be linked, so if you order one Rexing Cam and pick the wrong installation kit, you will be notified and informed. Also better explanation of what your hardwire kits will do...write your explanation like you are writing for someone with little to NO knowledge.

Not enough help and support lost interest in my problem.
