Why is the payment I sent pending or unclaimed? Can I cancel it?
If a payment you sent is pending or unclaimed, it means the recipient hasn’t received or hasn’t accepted the payment yet.
The payment would be pending or unclaimed if it was sent to an email address or phone number that isn’t registered to a verified PayPal account. Check that you sent the payment to the correct email address or phone number. Or the recipient may need to set up a PayPal account or verify their account for the payment to complete. You have the option to cancel the payment.
To cancel an unclaimed payment on the web:
Go to Activity.
Click Cancel under the payment in question.
Follow the steps to cancel the payment.
The payment would be pending or unclaimed if the recipient has opted not to automatically accept certain payments. These could be payments not in their preferred currency, or from buyers with unconfirmed addresses. You won't have the option to cancel the payment yourself. The recipient needs to accept or deny the payment within 30 days.
We automatically cancel pending or unclaimed payments after 30 days and send the money back to the original payment method. Refunds to bank accounts may take up to 5 business days, while refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days.

I made a mistake typing my email adress while trying to redeem a PayPal top up voucher the error message said there is no PayPal account with this email so I asked for a new link they told me to speak with the other party (activate my cards)which is still them so I played pingpong then apparently there is a third party to talk to i presume they ment Eneba then finally after I did everything they asked me to do like send screenshots and all kinds of things they said just to bad there is nothing they can do and I cannot get my money back because it's their policy so that mean that in 30 days when PayPal returns the funds they will belong to rewup who ripped me off and here is their answer after I answered back to their repky on this post Rewup Suppport is here!

As previously mentioned, once the information is submitted for a top-up, it can no longer be changed. Unfortunately, this means that if there is a typo, the product is lost. Since this is not our direct stock, the funds do not bounce back to us.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused. Being redirected between different teams while gathering screenshots is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand why the outcome felt unfair.
PayPal top up codes redeem to the email address entered at the moment of submission, which is why a new link could not be issued once the code was used. That said, we would like to review what happens to the funds if PayPal returns them, rather than leave the case closed on policy alone.
Please reply to your existing support ticket, or write to us with your order number and "Trustpilot review" in the subject, and our team will take another look and come back to you with a clear answer.

Thank you for flagging this, and we are sorry for the concern. Redeemed top up balances sometimes take a little time to show, and in other cases the code was submitted with a different email address than the one on the account, so it lands where it was entered rather than where it was expected.
Either way, this is something we can check for you directly.
Please contact our support team with your order number and the email address used at redemption, and they will trace the redemption and confirm where the balance sits.
If something went wrong on our side, they will make it right.

Thought it‘s a scam, turned out to be real
First I was shocked, seeing the reviews thinking i got scammed because I already ordered and did not get my money.
The only confusing part was the process. After redeeming the voucher on the website, I had to use it again to purchase a PayPal top-up before the money was transferred to my PayPal account. This wasn’t immediately clear to me, so it took a little while to figure out.
Once I understood the process, everything was fast and worked perfectly. Overall, a good experience.
The customer service answered within minutes and helped me. I got my money instantly.

REWUP voucher (via Eneba.com) broken system
I bought a Rewup voucher via Eneba.com to top up my Google Play wallet. As soon as I redeemed the voucher on the Rewup platform, it was successfully accepted. However, when I tried to convert it into a Google Play code, my order got stuck in a "pending" status for no apparent reason.
When I reached out to Rewup's customer service, I kept receiving the same repetitive replies from their support team. They admitted there was a "technical issue" causing the pending order and simply told me to wait for the issue to be resolved.
They explicitly stated that if the order eventually gets cancelled, the funds will only return to my "Rewup balance" and NOT to my original payment method via eneba.com. My money was trapped in their ecosystem.
To make matters worse, I contacted Eneba.com support, but they completely washed their hands of it. They claimed the transaction was "completed" from their perspective, refused to help, and told me to deal with Rewup. Both companies shifted the blame while my money remained blocked.
UPDATE: I refused to give up and filed a formal PayPal dispute. Only after opening the dispute against eneba.com they finally step in and issue a full refund.
Be very careful with Rewup and Eneba for these vouchers. If you find yourself stuck in this same situation open a dispute immediately.
