I wish I'd read this article before purchasing! It was a different wig altogether than the one I'd ordered, wrong colour and wrong cap size. I knew I was going to be disappointed before I opened it, because of the packaging. I didn't know they came from China and would have never ordered it in the first place if I had known. You put into Google 'wigs UK' and this is what you get. I guess that is £47 down the drain because you never get money back from China, anyway have you read the returns info? What a joke! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Would give 0. Absolutely terrible, the quality of wig only fit for the bin. You loose most of your money

Everything is wrong with Rewigs they are a RIPOFF.
Save yourself, don't buy from Rewigs. They sent a wig that was wrong in color and with no bangs.

You should be able to give zero stars. What an abysmal company. They should be ashamed of themselves preying on people that have hair loss and sending out absolutely disgraceful wigs. It doesn’t even resemble the colour on the website and the quality is shocking. My poor Mum just ordered this week as as she is so desperate due to having alopecia.

There should be a no star rating this company are sending out tat you don't get what you see on their website. It cost me just under £18 to send back to China. They didn't want me to return the topper as they kept offering me money too keep it. These people need to be closed down they are scammed. Be warned.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
Ordered a wig (which is still being advertised on their website) and the wig that actually came was a pure disgrace. It was not even a full and functional wig, nevermind that it was nothing like the picture. they have never responded to any emails or messages for a return or a refund. Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased :(

I love the style and the color. The length is a lot longer than I anticipated, especially the bangs. Very nice wig for the price. color and shape were very good.

I should have looked up the reviews. I got a completely different wig than what ordered and if I want to return it, they'll charge £20 for shipping and handling!!! I'm sure that's how they make their money!!!
This company is a Scam!

If I could give a zero I would! The hair I got was fake and not NEAR the color I ordered! The blonde hair is orange!! They want a restocking fee for the orange hair they took over a month to send me!! Wow!

I reluctantly give this company one star they don’t deserve any stay clear of them. I recently sent for a grey salt and pepper effect wig what I got was a bright blonde fluffy type wig that no way could you even style looks cheap the consistency of dolls hair. It arrived in a plastic bag that was a red flag before I saw what was inside. I wear wigs for medical reasons so this was not a fashion statement. I e-mailed the company first they said it was the light of my computer made the colour look different from what I got. I told them I wanted a full refund for £99:99 that the wig wasn’t fit for purpose. I involved pay-pal to start a dispute. I was informed the company was in China and it would cost me to return it they offered 25% which I declined. This went on back and forth the last offer was for 60% they said that was the maximum they could give I accepted this out of pure frustration as I thought once the wig gets back to china I will get no compensation. This has been a very hard lesson to learn. I still haven’t got the 60% back yet but need to wait a few days.

My ReWig order did not update and still hasn’t 2 weeks after it was delivered. I had contacted them 5 times via internal mail and email prior to delivery and never ever got a reply. The wig I received was 4 times the price as the exact same wig for sale on eBay .
Disgusting rubbish customer service and a cheap looking tacky wig.
The one star given was because my order was delivered, I tried to arrange a return but never received a reply and I’m the stupid one for not reading their reviews!!

Couldn't believe how good these wigs are, ordered two because they are so good, especially the price. Had numerous compliments and definitely going to re-order.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! I do wish I had read the reviews before... it was a Chinese company, but their website made them appear to be a UK-based company. I received a wig that looks nothing like the picture, poorly made, and encountered the same refund issues as many others. They offered me a paltry refund of £90 (I originally paid £151) or the option to return the wig to China at my own expense! Eventually, I managed to get some of my money back. Please please stay away from this pseudo company.

I have ordered twice from Rewigs and both times I was over the moon with my wigs, style and colour were spot on, and such great value. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to friends. Lily has been great and always appraised me how things are going.

I have ordered from this company 3 times for a total of 6 wigs. First order was in April of '23. I received them all, and I'm happy with the quality. I will buy from them again!

BE WARNED NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
After a long wait I finally received a 'supposedly' human hair wig that was the wrong style, colour and size! On contacting Rewigs they offered me the choice of accepting a paltry figure by way of compensation or to return the wig to China at my own cost and inconvenience! I hope this review stops you making the same mistake I did!

I do wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, if I had known it was China I would not have done, but it looks like it is UK company. I have received a wig that is nothing like the picture or colour online and am having the same problems as many others getting a refund. PLEASE avoid Rewigs, you may well be suffering with cancer or Alopecia like me and you really don’t want the stress involved in dealing with the probable return of a wig.

I don’t understand these really bad reviews on here at all. I read and panicked having placed an order, when I received the product it is really well made the hair is extremely soft human hair .lay’s perfect and flat . I got compliments when I wore it for the first time .so happy with my topper , I am going to purchase another . The company and Lilly have been amazing. So if you are worried don’t go by these reviews you’ll be happy with your product. They have reduced pieces too .

Beware! Huge scam. Wigs are absolutely horrible and they will not refund your money. I lost almost 500 to these scammers. They are not BBB accredited. Hopefully, PayPal can help me..

Do not order from them. It says 100%human hair wigs but they are not...looks completely different from the picture, scam. All coming from China
