This clinic has ruined my face with scars all over my body and face.
I saw them eleven months ago in 2025 and my skin has not healed.
I phoned the clinic last month but they were no longer interested after getting my money. And were very very rude.
What has happened to the one year guarantee after care they promised??
I had repeated visits last year they burned and cut and put anacestic in my face to many times l felt extremely ill.
They took out a small cyst last feb 2025 only for them to discover a huge cyst in the same cheek and place on May 2025 the previously missed and left behind months before..
Roll up this year April 2026. l still have a huge scar bubble on my face. I am in pain.
I think it may have grown back the clinic told me it would not grow back after they dug a big hole in my cheek to get The huge cyst out.
People asked what is on my face.
When l tell them my story people say l deserve a refund.
Please aviod the clinic at all cost don't ruin your body further and waste your money.
Go somewhere else. Another clinic.
This what l have to do to finish the job.
I am in pain and itchy with a huge ugly bump on my face contiously that never heals or goes away.
Do not trust this clinic.
I was better off before l came to this clinic.

More than a year ago I had a verruca service here. I thought at the time they had done a good job regarding my verrucas, but with the following treatments and appointments after my surgery they kept caring less and less. I had new ones growing and they didn't bat an eye at them and just recommended tumeric shots... With time I felt like I wasn't listened to and ignored and a year went by and I wasn't allowed to have their services anymore. Now I have a worsened condition. My feet are in terrible state because of this clinics neglect, and I paid £2,500 for their services. I would highly recommend you reconsider this place. Thank you for listening.

My partner went in to have a mole checked and was seen by Dr. Otouke. The entire consultation lasted about five minutes. After briefly looking at the mole, he said, “I don’t know what it is. You can either get a sample analysed or have it removed, it’s up to you.” There was no further explanation or guidance.

She went in because we were concerned about the possibility of cancer, yet the issue was treated as if it were purely an aesthetic choice. There was no explanation of risk, no reassurance, and no professional opinion beyond stating uncertainty.

That was the full extent of the assessment. She left knowing no more than when she walked in, yet we were charged £295 for the consultation.

I had a very good experience at Revitalise clinic, 22 Harley Street.
From the first consultation Mr Jonny Ali was friendly and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable.He explained everything clearly and the laser treatment to my toenails was very effective.
I had been applying expensive anti fungal lotion since many years without effect so it is good to now have healthy nails again.
I would strongly recommend this clinic and Jonny to anyone needing this treatment .

This whole operation has the air of a casual pop-up clinic. The consultation (for acute pruritis) was hardly thorough, I felt that none of the right questions were being asked and that I was not being listened to. The diagnosis was wildly inaccurate.

I would like to thank Viktoriia, the receptionist at Revitalise London for being so helpful, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet her. Also, the other reception staff who I spoke with by telephone were both extremely helpful and friendly. It was easy to book and I saw a dermatologist the same day.

I recently had a lipoma removal procedure at Revitalise London Harley Street, and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding care from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-up, every step was handled with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and kindness.

After the treatment two months after the verruca come back, is not being removed properly bad job,charme £120. I contacted the clinic the receptionist told me going to call me back 2 months ago,I being tried on another clinic now i'm okay .

I visited Revitalize on Harley Street to have two warts removed. I knew the £95 consultation fee didn’t cover the procedure, which was £202 for the first wart and £145 for the second—but the upselling was relentless. Even though the removal includes a free follow-up, I was offered an “upgraded” one for another £100, which felt dubious.

The receptionist was polite, and the clinic looked professional, but the order of events was strange. I was talked through aftercare before the procedure and asked to pay in advance. Then came the hard sell for further treatments, which I declined.

Dr. Ken was kind but hard to understand, and the procedure itself was rushed. He injected the second wart first and began cutting into it almost immediately—causing pain—before switching to the first one, which had had more time to go numb. It didn’t feel particularly careful or well communicated.

No written aftercare was given, just verbal instructions. A day on, my fingers are bandaged and healing, but the whole experience felt more like a sales funnel than a medical treatment. I won’t be returning.

The staff were incredible! They were super helpful and friendly. Dr Ken is also brilliant at making the procedure as painless as possible. He took all of my medical conditions into consideration and gave me simplistic reasons to the options for treatment. The only reason that I’m talking off 2 stars is for the cost. I expected one mole removal to cost MUCH less, it was right at the top of my budget which had I not read the previous reviews, I would’ve been totally gobsmacked.

Don’t trust this clinic Horrible experienced with dr Kaynat zubair I paid £1400 for 4 sessions of IV drips and I can’t see any results and when I came first this lady told me for for lower dose but then I asked her please help me I need results because I m getting marry so if I go for high dose it would work or not she said obviously high dose you will definitely see difference and I did trust her and she said to me take vitamin c and glutathione tablets at the same time I have take 750 mg tablets per day and she promised me after 2 sessions I will see results but I done 4 sessions but I can’t see any difference now i asked her why did said to me after 2 sessions I can see change now she said you need more sessions please don’t trust this clinic they are just scam they took my hardworking money but I can’t see any differences and I asked her show me before after pic she is not able to show me anything I m feeling very helpless and frustrated no one even bothered to help me don’t go they are most horrible people

Please be very careful when you deal with Revitalise London. After a recent issue with them (1st November 2024), where they blame it on 'system error' where they threat me to pay £95 fine for missing an appointment one year before (which I in fact attended and had receipt for - and yes one year after I left treatment) - I have tried to find out about how my personal data as a patient is managed, and requested to see the policies relating to Data Processing, Data Protection and Data Sharing with Third Parties.

Not to mention as an apology for their 'system error' which caused distress and panic, they offered a complimentary appointment just in case you want to spend more money in the clinic! You just cannot make it up!

I asked them if the company share patient data (given the context that have patients' sensitive information and treatments) with third parties, and if so, who are these parties? What agreements are in place to ensure data security in these cases?

However, to date I receive no response which only adds to more suspicion. When I asked which address I can use to send a formal letter, their response was 'We have many clinics' and they can't provide 1 single address for you - which is another alarm.

And when you called them to ask (someone called Sam), their response is 'We are here to book appointments' and that I have to continue to send emails - all which previously went unanswered. Then they said, they can't promise that the other team will respond to my query(despite all working in the same company!).

Still waiting to hear back, but in the meantime, hope this post will make them at least have a decency to reply to emails. Interestingly, if you email/call them to book appointments/make payments, you will get immediate response.

I booked 6 hair laser treatments in Stratford and from start to finish for both treatments so far, Kaynat was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Respectful service overall. Thankyou.
