Ordered a Nasal Red Light Therapy. No proper instructions received with unit. Did not say how often to use it. Did not give the nm wavelengths. Did not show how to access the three levels /modes of use. Did not include a manual nor guarantee. Could not tell me it was safe to use with a pacemaker and did not include 4 sets of nasal cannulas as stated in leaflet. Query’s
were answered by email but company refused a discount. Not recommended.

Bought a nasal light therapy.
It doesn't do anything, and i can't return it, despite the big 30 day adverts, because I've used it.
How will you know if your purchase is worth it, without using it?
A complete scam.

My mask stopped working properly after 2 weeks, I contacted Revitalight who did reply but suggested I ought to be charging the mask before every use!! I think this would exhaust the charger in no time and isn’t written on their website .. they then asked me to video the mask whilst I do a full charge then video the mask until it runs out of charge .. THEN .. once they review my video then and only then will THEY decide if I can have a refund .. it’s 2 weeks old .. !!! If you’re considering a purchase please please opt for an alternative .. it’s a waste of £30 …

Ordered a mask 15jul25
Never received it. Had to chase. They agreed to a refund 26/07/25 via email communications with days between responding. As of 5/08/25 I still haven't received my money back £29.99. This company is not worthy of mine or your money. My bank is now chasing them.

Ordered the red light revitalight nasal therapy. Absolutely crap. Been using it daily for 3 weeks. Wake up stuffy as normal. Save your £20 quid

This is not a health care company, it is a warehouse drop shippers who sell a range of cheap imports. The mask itself can be purchased on TEMU & ALI EXPRESS for a few £'s. It has not passed any safety regulations and as such has no CE Certification so in my opinion it is NOT SAFE to be used on HUMAN SKIN!!!!!!! I eventually managed to receive a refund but they would not refund my postage costs which is in VIOLATION of the DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS UK!!!! Having brought these points to their attention they merely laughed it off, doubt if they will be smiling when TRADING STANDARDS get involved. I WOULD NOT recommend this product or the scammer drop shippers. If you already have one please report it to Trading Standards and save your own skin, these scammers are laughing all the way to the bank at our expense. DO NOT BUY!!! and scammers - sue me if you dare, this is all truthful and not slander!!!

Do not waste your money, I bought an item and cannot get it refunded, they make it impossible to return! Make sure you don’t need to return it.

I'm not sure this company exists because I ordered something and it didn't arrive, and nobody replied to my emails. It's total fraud.
