The worst customer service
You are getting one star because there is no minus review. I never tried the products since they were never delivered to me but my experience with customer service is the worse! It is frustrating how the company didn't manage to deliver to me after giving them several times the correct address and after the exchange of 63 emails! They never refund and keep trying to deliver to the wrong address.

Hello, I have the same problem as Simone's review. I ordered a lip product from Revibe with peptide and hyaluronic acid and oils. I receive a cheap lip gloss of which the package is already open. After scanning with the Yuka app, the result of the content appears to be poor 33/100. You will always receive an automatic answer. In your email Not recommended. Better not buy from this company! Scammers.I think my info is very clear, !!!

I’m writing this review only because they won me over by ordering, but I wanted to Google and I googled this product and I only got to see two reviews and they weren’t good that was worrisome for me. I really wanted to try this product but I really think that since it didn’t work on one review she did get refunded and the second person said he never received the product and they were we’re not nice about it and they said they were refund this money when he returns the product that he did not receive so I don’t know what to believe if this is a scam or whatever so I didn’t give my card info because I don’t know , after reading the two reviews I think I shouldn’t do it. Thank you for the input. I will try to read some more reviews. Otherwise I think I should just let it go thank you and I appreciate the reviews and I’ll take it from there. I couldn’t find the other reviews, but after I read, just going to not order, which is sad, but I’d rather be smart than not.😏😊

Be prepared for possible slow shipping. Customs has their own timeline and they don't get in a rush. The tracking had no movement for over 20 days and I filed a dispute with PayPal. Revibezen responded and slandered me with false claims of delivery that never happened. They did offer a refund if I returned the product which never arrived. Don't panic wait for the process.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
This company is a scam and DO NOT ORDER FRO. THIS COMPANY This is a warning. I order a product from this company as they advertised. They sent me a product I didn't order saying the the product I order was discontinued so we sent you a product that replaced it with. The product they sent me is couldn't use due to medical issue. I asked for a full refund and they told me they can only offer me 60% and I can keep the product in which I can't use. The other 40% cover their shipping cost.i didn't ask for this or have I oder this i should have received my full refund then they want me to paid for shipping this product back to them. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The product did not perform as advertised. Your marketing stated that results would be visible within minutes, yet I have used it consistently for two months with no results whatsoever. This is not a matter of preference or patience; the product does not deliver the promised benefits, which is misleading and unacceptable.

I purchased a product but never received it!
I purchased a product and they used USPS. I never received it but because usps considered it delivered, revibezen would not replace my order. I’m not sure where usps delivered it to but it was not to my home. SCAM! Don’t buy from Revibezen!
