Jeff Stiff - Exemplary
Jeff Stiff provided a personal, yet highly professional service. He was impressively competent in sorting out IT issues which were of concern to me.
He did that on a one on one relationship and highly considerate of my confident use of a personal computer, but had limited understanding of how to sort out untoward issues. Availability has been excellent and charge rates are quite reasonable.
I have provided the village manager with a positive report on Jeff's recent attendance at my villa and that I would recommend Jeff to other village residents. seeking an answer to an IT issue of concern.

I was without internet for about 5…
I was without internet for about 5 days. I phoned Jeff who willingly tried to talk me through a solution. I was not IT enough to understand. As soon as Jeff was available to come to my place he did, and within a couple of minutes, my PC was back on service. Excellent service and I would recommend him highly
