Retrolize Anmeldelser

Everything was perfectly executed. The website functionality is excellent (lots of options for payment), good value, efficient delivery, thoughtful packaging and the product (Retro Scaler x2) does the job well as promised. NES games looking good on an Ultra HD Smart TV.

An amazing experience from Steve from Retrolize, Did an amazing job on the repairs of my GBA SP, kept me up to date the whole way and made sure everything was working fully. Will definitely use again and recommend anyone else to send in for repairs or to buy themselves a pre built console. Thanks again!

Good quality product, as described and ready to play straight away. Really quick delivery and no problems so far after 2 weeks of use.

Excellent service and amazing product. Got a gameboy color with back like and usb barrel charger. Fully customised, really happy with it. Fast postage and super friendly.

Replaced a non-working motherboard on my GBC and resoldered all my extras back onto the new board. Received my working GBC back within only a few days. Top standard of work and would highly recommend to anyone needing a quality repair service.

Retrolize answered my questions and kept informed with the process in great detail. They made me feel totally at ease.

I was blown away with how well the game boy runs, it runs absolutely perfectly and I have already and I lost a good couple of hours playing WWF betrayal.

I will remember Retrolize next time I need a retro console repair. I will not hesitate recommending you to anyone who needs a repair.

Retrolize are absolutely fantastic.
I had several issues with my GBC, I got in touch with them via the website and they were keen to help me out as well as going above and beyond to help improve my device aswell as solve my issues.
While my device was being repaired I was being told about issues I wasn't even aware of, due to dodgy previous modding, Retrolize are absolutely professional and know what they are talking about!
They aren't the kind of modder who wants to get things done as quickly as possible and rush the job, they take time and care which I found really refreshing!
They kept me up to date with progress and any issues on the way aswell as any optional extras or suggestions, including issues I wasn't even aware of, a real wealth of knowledge.
Modders are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.
Fortunately Retrolize are undoubtedly the best of the selection, highly recommended, unmatched, unbeatable, professional, quality service.
You are certainly in good hands should you choose them as your go-to for console modding.
Thank you so much Retrolize I will definitely be back for more!

I ordered a modded Gameboy colour with IPS screen and rechargeable battery along with a cartridge for games. Everything was in great condition upon arrival and worked perfectly.

The process of discussing what shell and other customisation options that I wanted etc was smooth and efficient, they were clear and communicative about every step!

They were more than willing to answer any and all questions, which was incredibly helpful.

I have since recommended them to friends, as I know trying to find a legitimate seller for modded retro consoles can be hard to come by!

I wholeheartedly recommend them to others and I look forward to making another purchase from them in future!

Absolutely fantastic!

I emailed the Retrolize team to enquire about a custom Gameboy, with a specific shell colour and modifications in mind. They responded really quickly, helping me to get exactly the custom Gameboy that I wanted. They contacted me to let me know they had finished creating my Gameboy, and literally the next day it arrived! The presentation and extras that came with the Gameboy were nothing short of incredible! It came in a nice display box, with a really handy case for the Gameboy, and other extras that just blew all my expectations out of the water! The Gameboy itself is beautiful, and I was very happy to receive all the exact modifications I wanted (even including an OLED screen) at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend them - they were always professional and friendly, but you could also tell from the final product that they really care about what their doing. 10/10

Unpolite seller. Just angry when you ask about some help with tracking

I bought an Anbernic RG40 XXH from there EBay store. I didn’t even know at the time they had their own site.

Well I couldn’t have been happier i received my device within 2 days. And what’s even better is the fact that they upgrade the SD cards that come with the unit (they’re prone to failure)

I honestly couldn’t recommend Retrolize any higher. Many thanks.

I recently had a truly exceptional customer service experience. Retrolize are incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The prices are also very competitive and offered excellent value. It felt like chatting with a friend, which made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a positive and affordable experience.

Started my experience with Retrolize with communication with Steve. At first I wanted a Gameboy Color with IPS screen. During this decision I changed my mind and opted for a Gameboy Advance instead. This was already pre built and ready to ship. Well packaged, came with USBC cable, hardcase, cloth. Complementary keychain and sweets were a lovely gesture.

Communication was fantastic. Overall experience was above and beyond expectation. Highly recommend this company if you want a nostalgic console upgraded to modern times.

Really good service and quick delivery plus answered my questions straight away i would definitely recommend

Bought an Anbernic handheld console from them. Customer service was great and their staff was really helpful via their online chat system. Product arrived intact and they offer different payment options including Klarna which is nice.

Great service again, thank you guys

Went searching for somewhere to buy a Saroo for my Sega Saturn, and Retrolize had the Elite version in stock. The order was promptly despatched and packaged exceptionally well. After sales support - a query made via the website's contact form - was super-quick in responding.

Really pleased with my purchase, and I look forward to doing business with Retrolize again in future.

I bought an emulation handheld from Retrolize and Steve was an absolute legend to deal with… great communication, and he was happy to help me get exactly what I needed, all ready to go out of the box.

I would have been a bit lost if I hadn’t stumbled across Retrolize, so I’m incredibly glad I did! Will definitely make them my first port of call in the future for anything retro gaming related!

Fantastic service. Before the refurb, talked me through all the options and guided me through what was possible and the balance of cost and quality.

Really pleased with the result and very impressed with after care.

Class service! Delivered quickly and great product
