Retrofit West Anmeldelser

It was really helpful to talk through my plans with Matt and to have his expert advice. He was able to inform me of a few things I had not been aware of that will be of definite benefit to me.

Informative. Friendly. Knowledgeable.
Able to answer questions and queries.

Matt from Retrofit West visited us by appointment. He was knowledgeable and his hour long stay was really helpful in considering home improvements and fuel usage. Strongly recommended.

The house visit was a very pleasant and informative experience, with Matt truly taking the time to get familiar not only with the building but with our life style and needs, allowing him to provide truly tailored insights that left us feeling a lot more knowledgeable about efficiency and what to prioritise with upcoming works. Thanks Matt!

Matt from Retrofit West came to my home for a free 1 hour consultation. I'd already researched a lot into some things but was still so impressed at his knowledge of what can be done and where to go to find out more and progress things.
Highly recommend this free at home consultation

We had a free retrofit home visit. It was immensely helpful to have someone so knowledgeable come and talk through the specifics of our house. Although we are not in a position to do a full retrofit at this stage, it was incredibly helpful to think about what we might prioritise, inexpensive things we can do to improve the efficiency of our home now, and what we might look to do in the future (and thus what to take into account as we re-decorate/update the property). I feel much better equipped to start the process and know I could reach out to Retrofit West for their advice.

Matt was on time, communication was great and he was extremely well informed. My questions were all answered and I received a lot of information I wouldn't have thought about. The follow up email was a helpful summary of what we discussed and included useful links

Within 1 hour I learned so much about what was possible in my house. I thought I understood the basics, but this was much more practical and relevant to me and my property, taking my knowledge to a new level.

An incredibly helpful resource — Matt spent an hour in our property giving really useful, impartial advice on the improvements we can make. I found it especially helpful that he put together a 'roadmap' of sorts, laying out to some degree a recommended order in which to start making improvements. It can be so hard to decide where to start sometimes! A great service, I can't speak about it highly enough

Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable.Loads of simple helpful tips to do and how to get started.
His email, post visit was prompt, accessible and very detailed.
Excellent experience and inspired to get on with recommendations!

Matt is incredibly insightful and passionate about the subject area. He has installed many of the products/systems in his own house and therefore can offer a real world insight into their pro's and con's. Matt's guidance and advice is pragmatic and practical - many of his recommendations require little/no investment. Definitely recommend Matt and this service.

Matt from Retrofit West was really helpful. He gave us lots of great ideas to improve the energy efficiency of our home. Some we are going to do now and others we will do over the next few years. Already our home is cooler after he made some suggestions as to how we could keep our home naturally cooler in the hot weather. I have already recommended the service to an artist in Frome. Thanks Matt.

Matt was informative, realistic. And clear in all the advice he gave. He could see both the big picture needs, and also how realistic small steps could be achieved.

Matt provided very helpful, practical advice and support following a home energy survey which helped to clarify some of the technical options suggested in the report.
With the additional support and recommendations from Matt I am more confident in the retrofit options I have now chosen to implement.

Matt was a mine of useful information. He gave us a range of options and sent a follow up email with all the detail we needed. Thank you!

very friendly, incredibly useful and not trying to sell anything.
Matt was a wealth of knowledge and shared in a accessible and useful manner . would recommend for anyone

Matt came to visit my small bungalow and it was great that he was there in person and was able to see what heating system, windows, type of walls and loft insulation I have. He gave me professional and accurate assessment of the whole property. I have an excellent insight on how to make energy efficiency changes and what I need to explore to achieve this. I already have an appt for an air to air for heating and cooling the home. Matt also provided an emailed overview with suggestions ie consider upgrading windows and boiler, maybe explore solar with battery and really future proof the home to be not only energy efficient but reduce those future bills. I can refer back to my email at anytime.

Highly recommend this Home Survey, it’s very thought provoking and highlights what to consider to be more energy efficient. My journey begins 💕. TK BS16
