This company has now rebranded under the company of With Squeeze Accounting and constantly go missing without letting their clients know. You are expecting a service to be done on a specific day as in payroll, and four times I have not been informed someone has left the company but no one has done the payroll and I've had to step in. Would NOT recommend
Do NOT sign up with this company! They are terrible. They seem legit at first. They promise the earth when signing you up but once you are with them they hardly ever respond to complaints. There is a different person handling your accounts each time and when you want to contact them you cannot... they have a "call back" service and no one ever calls you back. I have contacted my bank and cancelled their direct debit... I bet they will contact me now! They lock you into a contract and want to charge you 20% of the balance if you want to break their contract but they do nothing to try and give you the services they promised. I have been waiting for over 6 months for my tax returns to be done and it is nearly May and they still haven't done it. I will NEVER use these people again and I am contacting Fair Trading to get out of my contract.
