This was my first experience ordering from Retail Resource and I was very pleased with their service and products. I don't give a 5 star rating on a first order experience however given how well this one went I suspect the 5 star experience is soon upon us.

Wasn't a bad experience at all. Was pretty quick, fast, and a easy transaction. I just wish they had sent a regular email about when my purchase would be shipping. If I hadn't looked up how long it takes to ship in my state(mind you, I'm in the same state the company is in), I wouldn't have known how long it would have shipped out.
Not to mention I think I saw one brief flash of what day it would be sent out on. But never saw it again. But beyond all of that, was a pretty worthwhile experience.

The product I ordered was excellent, however it wouldn't work for my purposes so I was going to return it. They opted to let me keep the product instead.
Customer Service was prompt in replying to me & taking care of my concerns.

Very expensive for the actual product I received shipping cost as much as purchase. Never again.
After a response from Retail Resource, I will rate their customer service a five star. They have said they are working on lower shipping options - I hope this works for them in the current market. Thank you Retail Resouce for responding positively.
