They were not interested in the good furniture, only interested in making sure they got their disposal fee which is probably more than selling it to a good cause.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience. Part of our partnership with the charities is that they are allowed to accept and decline items according to their donation guidelines. As not all items can be accepted when an item is seen as likely to not be accepted because of item type, rips/tears/pet fur etc, we allow our haulers to add a recycling fee so that donors still have the option to have the items picked up if they'd like.
My timing window was 8-12
My timing window was 8-12. No text about delay. I initiated text only to learn that they were going to be late. They didn’t arrive until two hours past the timing window. Price increased by $95 from quote. They should have reduced price because of the long delay. Would not use again.

The overall process from initial contact to your team picking up the donated items from our mother's apartment was great! We were late in getting this done, and your team was able to accommodate a quick turnaround on a pick up date!
Thanks to ReSupply, we were able to provide someone with household items that they might not otherwise have been able to get!

Quote doubled
While they were there when scheduled, the quote doubled once they got there. No explanation. I put exactly the furniture there was when scheduled, and it went from $150 to $380. Beware, I think it was because we needed the furniture gone due to a death in the family.

No one showed up for my first scheduled…
No one showed up for my first scheduled appointment. I rescheduled it after 2 days waiting for a response from customer service. The website said they accepted mattresses and box springs but didn't say there was a $20.00 recycling fee until the driver arrived to pick them up. It felt like a switch and bait tactic. The service wasn't worth the cost.

Pick up window was changed by them on the day of pickup and they were still late. Tried to contact for assistance and no one responded until the following day. One upside, once they arrived, it took them less than 15 minutes to move items out. They were capable but the more than 7.5 hour wait was a bit too much for me.

Very pleased with their valuable service! They made every step of donating our furniture easy and professional, from the application, the first confirmation text, to the pickup. The drivers were great! Their fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
