ReSupply is a Veteran-founded organization that partners with nonprofits across the country to provide convenient, affordable, full-service donation pickups for their donors. We pick up when nonprofits can't. We pick up all items in any condition, within 24 hours, from anywhere in your home, and deliver them to a local partnered nonprofit to benefit their mission and be reused. To date, because of generous donors, ReSupply has kept over 36 Million Pounds out of our landfills and brought over $40 Million in resources to our nonprofit partners. It's Giving Made Simple.

Easy peasy

The whole process from the initial text contact through to pick up was smooth, and went as planned. They made sure I knew the plan and they removed everything in 45 min. Great group to work with

Quick and Efficient

The timing and availability of the movers was a highlight for me. They kept in contact with me of their progress and arrival time. Very efficient and quick with moving everything out that needed to go and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving

Resupply is a group of honest people…

Resupply is a group of honest people who can be trusted. They arrive when they say they will. If you have something that the charities won't take (exercise equipment) they let you know the cost of retiring it sustainably. The booking process is flexible. I work fulltime so I had to move a pick-up. No problem. Their rates are very reasonable. I have use these folks twice and will certainly use them again, as I am moving cross-country. One more thing, when I have questions I speak with a vet who gets everything sorted.

Driver added 8 medium items and I…

Driver added 8 medium items and I didn’t notice before paying.

He also told me he was adding $100 for recycling costs but that I would be reimbursed for any not used. I was not reimbursed anything. This fee was never explained to me before pickup even though I sent pictures of everything, I felt like it was a quick way to up the cost. Oh well.

We are working on making the reimbursement more streamlined, I will take a look now and see what your reimbursement will be if any of the items were accepted at the charity! Sometimes they can only accept certain items depending on the space they have at the store at the time. Thanks again!

Potentially, a "Bait and Switch."

I fear that I must call out a "bait and switch" tactic involving last minute surprise tactics. Pre-arrangement of pickup was excellent. Pickup was excellent. Issue: One of my items was a carfully reserved matress with no stains and no bedbugs or wear issues. It had been stored in a mattress storage sack for 1 year in a storage unit. Pickup included an upcharge of $50 for that matress. The issue is, of course that mattresses are items usually rejected by thrift stores and sanitizing for resale, following Colorado law, is nebulous. I did pay the upcharge, given very little choice or alternative. My opinion is that it is an unfair and badly designed designed business practice. As I understand it, Re-Supply contracts with others to provide a pickup service. If Re-Supply and this particular contractor do not have a solid understanding of situations such as this, I suggest revisiting the contractual relationship. I selected Re-Supply because of the veteran connection. I wish you well in future endeavors.

As one of the USAF veterans on staff here, I want to thank you for choosing ReSupply in support of our veteran connection. Unfortunately, even with brand new mattresses, charities don't generally take them in due to poor resale value for their mission. However, we are working on making the information about mattresses not being accepted at charity stores more transparent!

Two trucks arrived to pick up our load…

Two trucks arrived to pick up our load and on time! Both drivers worked hard and were VERY thoughtful and polite. In the middle of the pickup one of the drivers did disappear for over 20 minutes. When I asked where he had gone I was told that he had a very important phone call. That did delay the pickup being completed. But not too long. Paying took about another 20-25 minutes because reception in and around our house is very bad.

Initially the delivery man went to the wrong door and sent me a message saying I wasn't home but they responded quickly and came back after I messaged them. They were very quick and efficient and friendly while setting up the furniture.

Resupply asked for additional information on my review on 6/4/2026: (1)Experience date changed to 6/03/26, not 6/02/26 (2) Donation ID/Confirmation Code was FL-030626-18BF690F! Look forward to their reply!
Customer Service Representative by text was Danielle Reyes (could not call)! She was the only person who assisted me.

Appt set for 6/03/26 via website. They failed to show, Never had any communication with the company except appt confirmation. Called to find out why the no show. Texted with agent over 45 minutes plus. Company never had a driver set up to make the appointment. Total failure in every step of this transaction. Customer service was nice but inept. STAY AWAY, FIND LOCAL SERVICE!

Resupply responded to my review on 6/10/2026. they stated " a Senior Customer Success Manager" tried to contact me by email but were not able! They had the correct email address, But I NEVER received aforementioned email???? Now I have to start over!!!! Another lie from this company! They ADMIT my review is true and I will continue to follow up to see that my review stays posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fees are too expensive

Fees are too expensive. Consumers want to donate to a good cause but your fees are the same as a junk company.

Scheduling was easy

Scheduling was easy, I had to reschedule and that was easy. Team that arrived was friendly, had no problems navigating older home basement stairs.
