Hello, Miranda
We’re sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with our company. To explain, when anyone signs up for our initial trial, we're very transparent in disclosing all of the subscription policy in several areas starting from the sell page and continuing all the way to your order confirmation page, in addition to the payment confirmation email where you will find all of the subscription information as well as the renewal date. That being said, we'd greatly appreciate an opportunity to change your mind about us at your earliest convenience, please email us directly to customerservice@resumegig.com with your account details so that we can take a look at your situation.
As always we hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your patience!

Hello, Akea
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and our apologies for any confusion that this might have caused you. To explain, we offer two types of accounts.
The first one is a free (Basic Access) account that allows you to create and download a plain text version of your document using our pre-written examples and tips. However, the second one that we offer would be the paid option (Full Access) which grants you access to download, print or email a professionally formatted version of your new document using our copyrighted templates in a PDF or Word format, you’ll need to subscribe first for a small fee which we offer a 14-day trial option.

Great
Great, easy place to have your resume done and very helpful! I feel though if one is already paying for a subscription, that when you download anything; a résumé to a cover letter, it should be for free and you shouldn’t be charged at all.
