Very personalised service, query response and delivery

Jacob was really helpful. He arranged for our own bedsides to be stripped to match the bedroom furniture we bought.

Great experience with companty. Product wrapped really well, hoever delivery did let it down. Dropped off at neighbours house in their driveway even though we were home, no call to us or even letting the neighbout know it was there.

beautiful piece of furniture as described and delivered promply and well wrapped

Fabulous furniture, so well packed and great delivery service. Thankyou so much .

There were lots of lovely pieces of furniture to chose from, plenty of images and the dimensions were accurate. Communication to arrange the delivery, via email and telephone, was clear. And best of all, everyone that I dealt with was friendly and polite. I am so happy with the 2 items of furniture I purchased as they are restored to a high standard, fit perfectly and it is nice to have been able to give an old item a new home.

Right from the website through to payment and delivery everything efficient and informative. Will recommend to others.

Human beings you can talk to and communicate with. Delivery date was able to be negotiated. 3 guys who came to install could not have been more courteous or helpful. And on top of all that the piece of furniture i ordered was magnificent!

Delighted with my furniture and the service was excellent.

Love my dresser! Delivery was very good, everything was carried carefully in for me and placed where I asked it to be put. Very straight forward from beginning to end, thank you.

Lovely little side table. Just what I wanted. Fast delivery too. It’s good to see quality furniture being refurbished and re-used

Amazing service from order to delivery. Item was as advertised. Communication first class.

We are pleased with our chest although we found one of the legs was a bit shorter than the others so we needed to put a support under it. That said it was delivered effectively and on time

Very pleased with my light oak table and chairs . Delivery men were very polite and helpful
