Dissolve Resolver
Resolver? They don’t resolve anything. They just send you crappy emails all the time and ask for donations so they can keep resolving nothing. It’s pointless, it’s seems to be just a platform to send messages through and there is still no outcome. Don’t waste your time and don’t give them any money.

Our service has helped over 7.5 million people sort out complaints, completely free of charge and based on the feedback from our users, companies tend to respond more quickly and effectively when a case is raised through our platform.
It may be that in your case, the outcome of your complaint did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a positive outcome to any case - it is, in the end, up to the company you are complaining to, to resolve the issue. In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications - the escalation levels should help you contact someone higher up in the organisation, or seek independent review from a regulatory body if this is possible.

I have used Revolver in the past. I had a problem with Turkish Airlines. They said I will get my money back in a few months time after they cancelled my flight. I got in touch with Resolver and with in a couple of months received my full air fare. Thank you Resolver.

Completely free service, they helped me get back ppi pay out, pay out for extra platinum card that I never asked for,but was paying extra for, so I got money back without a middle man taking a cut

Resolver are great at getting you answers particularly with those particular companies that have no dedicated customer services or companies that ignore you over complaint's they've helped me a couple of times with good outcomes they are definitely worth asking for help i just wish i could afford to donate 100% trustworthy

Issue for Nearly 4 years, Resolved within 2 weeks

I used this to resolve a problem with morrisons. Although I tried to resolve it myself at first, Resolver came to my attention and they sorted it without any problems quickly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for confirming that you are pointless even though I think your name is very misleading as if you are an ombudsman or will resolve issues and as for your positive feedback? Well there is plenty of negative feedback on here!
You state your a free service as if anyone would pay you for the service you provide!
But you must be making money somehow!
I personally think you should be closed down as I wasted a lot of time using your service and was getting quick responses direct from Virgin Bet and only came to you because I thought you could resolve matters how wrong was I which you have now confirmed.

To explain, Resolver is a free service that helps people raise complaints about UK-based businesses and organisations. We are not a third-party or complaints management company, we are simply a user-controlled complaint-resolution service that enables consumers to manage and store all their customer service issues in one place.
It’s disappointing to hear you’ve not found our service useful but at no point can we guarantee a positive outcome for any case. Although, we have received a lot of feedback to suggest that company’s can be quicker and more effective in responding when a case has been raised with us.
In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications. Continue to email from your Resolver case file, using the "New email" and "Reply" buttons found there; if that doesn’t get a response and there is the option to do so, call them.

Next time I go to the bar I was told with a really bad attitude that no this beer is £3.15 so I said no ! I've never paid that much but only to be told after speaking to Chris an a new manager that I was to pay the new price as it is of a high percentage

Resolver disputes have taken our money and made no contact for over a year!!
Resolver disputes were easy to make contact with UNTIL we paid them over £8k to resolve a timeshare miss sell. It’s been over a year and they have blocked our calls and we can’t get through to ANYONE!! Emails are also bouncing back.
They have all the paperwork, reference numbers to claim back our money and we question if they have done a runner with that and taken our £8k with it.
NO communication, NO follow up, NO contact
Be aware!! They took our money January 2024 and we are STILL trying to get hold of them and find out what is going on.
