Used on a few occasions. Funny how some companies won't contact you back but as soon as you go through Resolver they reply straight away. Usually resolve issues within 24 hours.

Flight cancellation claim settled
The airline were not responding to our direct emails. Resolver communication templates and prompts to contact the airline we were in dispute with were very helpful. Thanks to Resolver, we recently received a full settlement for our flight cancellation without having to take legal action.

I was feeling upset with a penalty charge from TFL. Resolver took up my case and it was cancelled. I want to say thank you. This is not the first time I have been helped by them. I appreciate their service.

Yodel
I returned a parcel to Robert Dyas via Yodel. Robert Dyas said the Yodel courier would collect my parcel and bring a label. When the courier arrived he said did the parcel have a label. I said no I was told you would bring one. He said ok and took the parcel On checking with Yodel it said the parcel should arrive at Robert Dyas on 16/7. It is now 19/7 and the parcel is still at Yodels hub. Despite numerous live chat conversations I am no nearer to c resolving this issue and just feel I am being fobbed off. Terrible company. Avoid like the plague

Useful service.
Unfortunately had to use the service a couple of times and it actually brought results. It is weird that the businesses didn't reply to my emails sent directly to them but they responded to my case on resolver. Manage to resolve the issues and get refunds.
Definitely an method worth trying if you are struggling to resolve a dispute with a business.
Easy to use with clear layout and good follow ups.

DO not waist YOUR time and energy posting stuff on there, i have posted about 5-6 times and got now wear or any help or contact from the companies i have complained about,
it is just a website that collects data from disgruntled buyers who think the website will assist with their complaint but it won't nothing will come of it,
waist of time as the companies never answer back, So don't waist your time on there.. as nothing will get resolved, Account deleted waist of time,

Origin Broadband / Ombudsman accused Resolver
I have always used Resolver and been happy with the result
But recently had a complaint about Origin Broadband charging me double they didn't reply and it got escalated to the Ombudsman they have given a verdict of that the emails was sent to the wrong address but I did this through the Resolver and then they claimed that it was a third party so they dismissed my complaint
I just want the Resolver aware that the Ombudsman are saying they gave it the wrong address and because they are a third party they have dismissed my complaint
Be aware this is what the Ombudsman are doing

I am actually so grateful for Resolver. I used it to raise a dispute about owed refund from Boohoo as their customer service is brain-dead and doesn't understand English. I was feeling stressed and ready to lose that money to Boohoo, when I thought I'd give Resolver a try. Within an hour of sending my case via Resolver, Boohoo's dispute team got back to me to apologise and issue the owed refund. I am glad Resolver got their attentions so efficiently that I should have used it rather than waiting 48 hours for an unhelpful auto-reply from their facebook messenger. Also, who uses Messenger as an official channel for customer services in this day and age? My husband kept alarming me that this could be a scam. He couldn't believe it when I confirmed that on Boohoo's page... But anyway this is a good review for Resolver. I am just grateful that you exists!
