JLL have been looking after my properties for more than a decade, well over a decade. Over this long period, there had been a few hiccups but were fixed quickly. This is a very important factor because it shows that the team is capable of solving issues. Thus, you can entrust them with confidence.

Paige has been my property manager for a few years now. She has been extremely diligent and is very good at her job. As to the rest of the JLL team, i.e. rental and accounts, they know what to do. And they work fast with results.

Antonella Frate has been a great help throughout my entire rental experience. She has always been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance.

Hi, always I received very good action from Paige Waller (JLL property manager) to fix some issues at home. The last ones were : dampness on the wall in the master room and bathroom, fix heating in the master room, fix the broken window blind in the children bedroom. Service was done properly and very quickly.

I felt JLL service is not as good as I engaged them initially where they are more responsive and take more initiative.

Not sure if it is due to the familiarity, they seem to take things for granted.

And they seem to be more interested in wanting our good feedback on them.
