REP Provisions is a direct-to-consumer meat delivery company. We raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef, soy and corn free pork and lamb. We also provide no-soy pasture-raised chicken. All of our animals are free from antibiotic and mRna vaccines. Our farms are chemical free meaning we don't use fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Our mission is to regenerate America's grasslands and improve ecosystem health by supporting local regenerative farms to build a more resilient and transparent food system. We have been safely delivering regenerative, nutrient-dense clean protein to 48 states for more than 5 years.

We really love the idea of regenerative farming so I placed an order just to test things out. We got some chicken quarters, ribeye steak, chuck roast and ground meat. Everything arrived quickly and as expected and the food was absolutely delicious, will definitely be ordering again

Excellent products and customer service
It is always special to feel appreciated as a customer! You went above and beyond! I LOVE your beef blend with organ meats. I also ordered the OX tail which is a treat!! Your beef bones full of marrow have made the most delicious thick bone broth. Looking forward to ordering more items when I get off of this bone broth fast.

Packaging was really bad- oblong shapes…
Packaging was really bad- oblong shapes and pools of blood in the meat- makes it tough to open without making a bloody mess. That said, this was the first bad experience I’ve had after may purchases.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that. As stated in my email to you about this issue, we are aware of this problem and I’m very sorry about that. We support 3 small family owned processing facilities for our beef. One of our processing facilities informed us they were having some issues with one of their machinery which caused the odd shape packages. Since the packages are odd shaped and not even, it can cause the blood to pool in areas. As I mentioned, they did let us know they are working on that. Please know it’s not a reflection on the quality. I can assure you, the meat is the same and the taste and quality should not be degraded whatsoever. This is only a matter of the packages being shaped odd instead of a perfect square and will only be a temporary issue. I hope you can be patient with us. We appreciate you and your support Jonathan. Good products, but expect the lower end of weight ranges on items
I like ordering from farms who don't keep animals confined to small cages their whole life and feed the animals a more natural diet. I always prefer ordering from a place that sells stuff per pound ($8.00/lb) as opposed to a set price for a weight range ($32.00 3-5 lbs) if you get the 3 lb one it kind feels like a rip-off or in this case they also do approximate weight so I ordered 2 16oz tenderloin guess what neither one was 16 point something in weight, but both were a decent amount below (this happened on multiple items). The products are already expensive and I get that it takes more to raise the animals this way, but then to pay a price they would find fair for a decent amount more of the product and always get the lower end doesn't leave a positive impression.

Hi Dan, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience. We really appreciate that. There are many factors as to why we don’t have the capability to adjust cost based on per lb meat sold, but at an estimated weight. We sell by an average guaranteed weight for a fixed cost. I’ll try to explain in short. Because we are a true grass fed/finished(pasture raised for pork and chicken)operation, the animals grow at different rates and finish differently since they aren’t pushed with grains to pack on weight. So sometimes your meat will be on the higher end of the average weight and sometimes it will be on the lower end of the average weight. That”s why our website states “listed weights are an average and may vary”. Our margins are very tight. Larger operations can sell price per pound but we are small farms that work with small processors and don’t have that infrastructure. If you are wanting a guaranteed price per pound, you might look into a bigger farm operation. Smaller, regenerative farms can’t usually offer that guarantee. But what we can guarantee is quality meat raised right that’s healthy for your body. These are just a few of the reasons to help get a better understanding of our pricing. However, if we sent something that was considerably under the average weight, as stated on our website and the paper we placed inside your box, we do ask to email us with photos of the underweight meat so we can try to resolve the issue. We truly do appreciate you giving us a try Dan. Thank you so, very much!🙏🏻

Not very happy
It's been over 7 days since it shipped and I haven't received the ground beef I ordered. Rep told me if it's cool then we can eat it which is not appealing and if warm I have to file a claim with the insurance that I luckily purchased. The meat was very expensive - I should have just bought local.

It looks like we did reach out to you yesterday to inform you we heard back from UPS and unfortunately it looks like your order was lost during transit. Since you purchased the package protection when you placed your order, you are fully covered and will either be issued a refund or reshipment. If you will just follow the instructions that were sent to you through the ShipInsure email you were sent when you placed your order, it’s an easy process and you will be fully taken care of. We hate when this happens too and we hope you understand we try our best to get our packages to our customers but unfortunately, it’s out of our control when this happens. Again, we are so sorry.
