molto cari, poco reattivi consulenti con poca esperienza devono prima capire il problema e tutto il loro processo di apprendimento lo paga il cliente!!
ci sono stati molti problemi che non sono riusciti a risolvere e abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare tutti i tentativi anche se non hanno raggiunto il risultato!!

In reply to my review of British Gas written on 22/04/25. When I spoke to the Custer service I was told that you had my final reading on 09/04/25 and my account was now closed, there is now a discrepancy it what I am being told in your reply. If you have final reading and account is closed, why can’t you send final bill and release the money you owe me which I was told is around£700.

Update on my mis-sold contract from London Mint Office.Levi rang at 16-50 today.If you've not followed this story i was mis-sold a contract by LMO.For my daughter Victoria i'd been buying the Charles III coins for a xmas present they cost about £40-00 each she loves the Royal family,I'd paid for 6 by 03/12/2024 then was told the final one was £580-00.Being a pensioner it was shocked,what do i do then Tasha says "you can pay in installments £58-00 per month x10,of course i was talked into it so close to Xmas.Four days later 07/12/24 i get the coin with a invoice for £595-00 after the weekend I ring up to speak to Tasha i was told she was part/time i left a message for Tasha to ring me,she did on 11/12/2024 she denied everything she'd said when selling me the contract it was like talking to a different person her tone was aggresive.I told her i want a copy of the phone conversation from the previous week when she sold the contract also i wanted a pre paid lable as i would be sending the coin back she said that will be done.Straight away on 11/12/24 i e-mailedLLondon Mint office to complain Charlotte says she will pass the message on to Tasha's manager,yet nothing happened.I bought Victoria my daughter a different present.But i could'nt after Xmas Tasha saying i was lying.I needed the the truth to clear my name also to let HR at the London Mint office they have a problem staff wise.For 3 months I've asked for a copy for the conversation from 03/12/24 when Tasha sold me the contract,9 e-mails to Charlotte who would pass it on to SOMEONE,Shane Preece,Nadine,Levi all saying they have heard the the conversation with Tasha and myself.Why i cant hear it is the problem,Levi head of customer service say's I cant hear the conversation she said Data Protection won't allow it. So when you make a phone call we've all heard it "this call is recorded for security purpurses" beleive me its recorded only for the staff of the people your calling,you cannot hear the the recording yet thats against the law.

DCONPLA.XYZ 844-683-2411 FL is not a real company

The name of this company is supposedly "Stream.Entertainment.net." But nothing like that exists. So one is to write an email to reply@quick-replay. And when I get there, the site (reply@quick) has a 58% rating that it is NOT a legitimate site. After I talked to the person on the phone, I realized that this whole company is a sham. I was charged a total of $550 over the course of this year in chunks of $4.95 and later $49.95. And my billing says DCONPLA.XYZ 844-683-2411 FL, which is not even a name. When I reached them, I was told I was only to receive one pay-out of $4.95.

Virgin Media repliy

Virgin Media replied and gave a phone number. When I rang they needed my Virgin phone number or account no. So no joy there. They also mentioned Facebook or twitter which I do not use.I want to speak to a person

no follow up after several mails requests for changing my order

thanks for your response. Yes I refuse the delivery paket by UPS, because It did not cerrespond my order Kleine Zalze Syrah mourvèdre viognier I have just made a confusion in my order online . Not Kleine zalze Grenache but Kleine Zalze Syrah-mourvèdre-viognier 2018. the label on the webside was nearly the same. I made a confusion. between. very difficult to see the diference on the picture of the catalogue It 'is why I sent many mails and mentionesthat problem to you ( Mr Albrecht ! without any response.I have suggested just to exchange the paket.because the price of both wines is the same. it's just a switch of paket ang bottles. Looks so easy to do. every thing is paid online. I'am just want you to find me a sulution to get my correct order soon. hope you to find a solution for me. it's my first deal with you. It 's just pity. I just want a follow up from you and a right solution !

As an AI Scientist, I am so glad to join this company and like the interesting projects they do. They pay my salary always on time and the work atmosphere is very friendly, with flexible work hours. I don't know the client's opinion but I am sure this company provides high-quality products.

My comment regarding the reply from Stellar energy/Heatforce. You would have been better off admitting to mistakes. However, you are trying to convince the public, that you have done me a service. Plumbers not conversant with new product. Site manager worked at my place at least 3 times himself, but still the problem persisted. One day, the site manager spent 3 hours trying to resolve the problem. He was sure it was rectified. Yet, after leaving. My controls in the house indicated a fault. I say to Heatforce. Don't avoid the obvious facts. You have failed, and their are more skilled people out there, who work for other Eco firms, and deserve more credit.

I sympathies with Mr. Edwards.
I have sent over 40 e-mails, spent 2 x 30 mins on phone. they will not answer my questions or deal with my complaint. Just a disgusting company to deal with. A MP should investigate on customers behalf.
As i am 83years of age i should not have this distress.
I will follow the example of Mr Edwards.

I urge all innocent customers to leave British Gas and join another company due to them harrasing people that have already spoken to customer service agents about a bill. Why on earth do you send threats about debt collecters? I have even submitted my 1st January readings! @ofgem

You have replied to my complaint. You say concessions are always standard delivery yet you took the payment of £6.99 for next day delivery and you actually said on the confirmation of order Premium DPD next day delivery. I would say it’s a con. DEBENHAMS this is my first and last order.

La recensione riguarda lo shop di Reply, servizio pessimo, assistenza inesistente, sono stato completamente ignorato. Impossibile registrarsi perché non arriva la mail di conferma pertanto non si può concludere l’acquisto. L’assistenza mi ha risposto dopo 24 ore chiedendomi il problema e poi sono spariti da oltre 10 giorni. Se non sono in grado di risolvere un bug così semplice e mi ignorano non oso immaginare il resto. Davvero deluso

Hi Nikki thank you for your reply to my review you did not comment on the fact that there was no returns label in parcel to return by Royal Mail and as I stated there is nowhere to explain this to customers what they need to do I had already waited in all day for parcels to be delivered by different carriers therefore was not waiting another day for them to collect a package yet you never acknowledged this Regards Anne CLark
