Used to go here all the time when I was a kid. Moved to another country for 16 years and then moved back to Bangor. I have to say, this place was a beacon of hope to see when I moved back. So much of the town is closed and dead. Replay has been maintained beautifully and improved so much. It allowed me to reconnect with the community again which was very important after being away for so long. The staff have always been welcoming here. It's what I would consider a safe haven in the town.

We've been playing Pokemon TCG at Replay for a few years now. The store staff are warm and welcoming - always going the extra mile for its customers. We love being part of the community here. Highly recommend!

By far the best local game shop in Northern Ireland. Been going here years and service has been second to none. Gareth, Craig and the wider team are nothing but a credit to the community they have built.

Fantastic shop with a vast selection of TCG and other table top games, the pinball machines are amazing.
My son has recently started playing Pokemon in store on a Sunday and the other players and Staff have been so welcoming and helpful.
All the shop staff are happy to chat and help when needed a really great shop.

Replay is a warm, welcoming store with a great team of friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have an impressive range of products and a strong, thriving community at in-store events. I've been a customer both in-person and online for years, including preorders for Magic the Gathering, and have rarely had issues. However when I did, they always went above and beyond to make things right. Other reviews have talked about issues with preorders and while there are genuine issues with popular TCGs like Magic or Pokemon, they are very rarely the fault of local stores; large suppliers have a tendency to overpromise stock allocations for popular products, only to under-deliver and leave the stores to deal with the unhappy customers, along with their often unfairly negative reviews.

Always made to feel welcome and the guys are knowledgeable about all thier stuff, always try to keep stock for players in store

Plenty of events and activities throughout the week so always something on to do if im not in for free play.

Being open for nearly 30 years and still one of the best gaming stores in the north. Went there recently and the customer service was at a very high standard, all of my questions was answered and felt welcomed the moment I stepped in.

Led to believe they source their stuff from good American companies. Bought 3 enamel pins in store for £15... Only to find out they're £1.60 on Alibaba. Don't waste your money, guys, just buy the stuff online.

I ordered a Lorwyn box back in September online after being recommended the store by a friend base as a reliable place. (The irony.) This order was canceled yesterday and the email they sent out to mark this cancelation didn't even address me by name.

When I made the order there was no warning in the email about the potential of not having the right allocation - the email stated said they were preparing the item for shipment and would notify when it was sent. I have sympathy as I know some things are out of an LGS's hands but even so there is a lack of communication and lack of empathy. I have not received my refund yet and now everything is £100 expensive, meaning I am currently unable to purchase a box and will miss out on my first ever collector-box experience.

I have to wonder if there was any bias to the cancelation as I am based in Scotland and it was my first time ordering with the shop.

Took my money happily in October, 3 months before release of Lorwyn Eclipsed. Could not fulfill the order due to not getting the allocation. So I won't get my money back for over 48 hours. Due to their error.
The amount of years the store has been ran and the stock allocation over the years surely you can get an average on how much stock you will actually get per set? Either way taking my money and not being able to guarantee the product when the email says You are getting my order ready to be shipped is even worse.
