Just finished hanging my replacement vertical blinds. Very pleased with the results.
Ordering was easy to do and a follow up query by me on the phone was dealt with in a very friendly and helpful manner.

Ordered my blinds on the 22nd July, it is now the 20th August and I am constantly getting fobbed off and being told that I will get them soon. Problems with machinery etc. Not impressed and would not recommend, and I haven't even received the blind yet.

Ordered new vertical blind slats for two windows. Took about 10 days to be delivered but delivery was free. The packaging was very good. No damage at all. The quality of the slats was very good. We had chosen a patterned slat and it was lovely. Very easy to hang and they look lovely. Super service and a first grade product. Have sent off for more samples to replace slats from other windows. Price was very good as well. Two new windows, one a full patio size and a full picture window for a really good price. Will use this company again.

Found this company on the website I was very impress with the range of replacement slats, ordered 4 samples they came quick. Ordered Sherwood Toffee within 2 weeks they have been delivered and I hung them this morning they look fabulous very pleased and great price and quality , keep up the excellent work5*****

Honestly i was a bit doutful at first after ordering as you hear of so many scams but this is 100% legit. Blinds arrived earlier than i expected and the quality of them are excellent. I am so very happy with my purchase and would def recommend in fact i have already told my friends about this business.

My first time using replace your blinds , I was a bit dubious as I'd never hear of them before , but I'm glad I took the chance ordering.
It was so easy to place my order , my blinds were delivered about 9 days after ordering , I was kept update on the status of my order and delivery the whole time , blinds came packaged really well and exactly what I ordered , I would definitely order from them again and would 100% recommend

The replacement vertical slats are perfect. They were easy to fix and all the components were there.
The order did take longer to arrive than I was told but it was worth the wait.

After being ripped off to the value of over a £100 by another company I am having the same problem with this company.No sign of my order after being told on the phone I would receive it no later than last Tuesday.Still no sign of it !!!

I placed an order with RYB for a vertical blind. I received a headrail with 18 hooks, followed a couple of days later by a box of 17 slats and weights, one of the weights being slightly damaged. I emailed them and they agreed to supply an additional slat and weights. Meanwhile I installed the blind, and found that one slat had a very obvious join part way up. I emailed again, requesting a further slat to replace this one, receiving an automated response that they would reply within 48 working hours. 2 days later I received notification that a package had been shipped, which duly arrived but contained only a single slat with no weights. The second issue had therefore been ignored, as have two further emails highlighting the outstanding issues and asking what action they intend to take to rectify them. Based on the experience of others whose reviews highlight RYB’s failure to respond to problems, I did not expect to hear further and thought I would have to put up with a slat with a join in it. A shame, as the quality and value for money are both OK in other respects.
UPDATE as at 31 July - RYB have now responded and supplied additional/replacement parts as requested. Maybe not the quickest response but I accept that issues like these can happen and to give credit where due they have now resolved them all.

Don’t use this company. They don’t reply to emails WhatsApp or they never answer the phone!!!
I ordered a vertical blind slimline vogue headrail and it was supposed to take 10days delivery but took over 4weeks!! That would have been okay if it had been made correctly but the top hooks don’t slide to the end so the blind slats don’t slide together properly. I knew it was pointless trying to contact them about the problem as the DO NOT REPLY. So after paying over £75 I have a headrail that’s no good!!!

They email u after days to reply with fake tracking numbers avoid im now going to bank for refund

Amazing company fantastic product and nothing to much trouble when we needed to order more chain, happy to oblige and send out with no quibble. Definitely will use this company again and recommend to anyone

Really great cost effective way to upgrade existing blinds without the expense. I had 7 diff length measurements for my window slats with differing amounts.
The online order calculator worked out my requirements perfectly.
The order was produced and delivered very quickly.
When it arrived everything was boxed well, all items were of good quality, to the correct dimensions with all appropriate weights and chains.
It took me approx an hr to fit every window with the Hampton Beach Cove blind slats.
Everything is a perfect fit for my existing blind fittings and the colour texture make a really nice contrast with s natural colour wall paint.
I highly recommend RYB to anyone who may have any doubts.

Second time customer. The first time I was missing some weights which was quickly sorted and then I made a mistake with the measurements which they spotted and contacted me about and rectified with no hassle. Great communication and friendly.

Really happy with the blinds I ordered. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great for what you pay. They arrived on time and were easy to put up, and they look really good in the room.
