When I first heard about this coaching program, it honestly took me a while to commit. Investing in a coaching program can be very scary because you never really know what you're going to get or whether it will truly deliver on what it promises.

Looking back, I can honestly say I am incredibly thankful I made the commitment. I found myself at a point in life where I had to pause from a career I had been in for ~ 13 years, and all I knew. Starting over in an industry I knew little about was both exciting and overwhelming, but this program absolutely gave me the education, guidance, and support I needed.

One thing I've learned is that how much you take away from this program is ultimately the choice you make. The amount of knowledge available is incredible! From camera settings to building a business, outreach, marketing, leadership, hiring, systems, and so much more. The coaches genuinely want to see you succeed and are willing to share their knowledge and experience to help you get there.

Although I faced several personal barriers during my time in the program that slowed the progress I had hoped to make, I still gained far more than I ever expected. Beyond the education, I had the privilege of working with a coach who truly cared about my growth and encouraged me through the days when I was genuinely struggling. I also found a community that supported me every step of the way, where anytime I had a question, there was more than one way to reach out to someone for help.

One of the greatest gifts this program gave me was the relationships. I met a group of people who became much more than accountability partners, they became my friends. Having people who understand your journey, celebrate your wins, and encourage you through the difficult moments is something this program intentionally fosters, and it's something I will always be grateful for.

If you're on the fence about joining, I completely understand because I was there too. But if you're willing to show up, put in the work, ask questions, and take advantage of everything this program has to offer, it has the potential to change not only your business, but also your mindset and the people you surround yourself with.

I'm incredibly grateful for everything I've learned, the relationships I've built, and everyone who made this experience so meaningful.

I was definitely skeptical before signing up for this program. I wondered if it was legitimate or a massive scam, whether it was worth the investment (it's certainly a significant one, although financing is available), and if it would actually deliver on its promises.

Overall, I can say it met most of my expectations. The program is incredibly well organized and walks you through every step of starting a real estate media business—from learning photography skills to setting up your LLC and building all the systems and platforms you'll need to run your business successfully.

The one area where I'd encourage prospective students to set realistic expectations is the time commitment. The program mentions that it's possible to complete while working a full-time job in about 15 hours per week. I know some people have made that work, but that wasn't my experience. It took me well over 15 hours each week, and eventually you're balancing coursework with actual client photo shoots as your business begins to grow.

I would also point out that the program is designed to help you build and grow your business very quickly. That's a great thing, but if your goal is to build a smaller, more sustainable solo business—as mine was—you'll need to be intentional about setting boundaries with clients from the beginning to avoid burnout. It's absolutely possible to grow at your own pace, but it takes some effort to find your own footing within the program while staying true to the type of business you want to build.

The leadership team has been fantastic. Eli hosts coaching calls in addition to the many other group calls offered, and the Jones brothers are much more than just the faces of the program—they're actively involved and genuinely invested in the success of the students. Plus they are genuinely good people.

The community is another huge benefit. Like any social platform, you can post questions and receive advice from people at all different stages of their businesses. Having access to so many different perspectives and experiences has been incredibly valuable.

The group coaching calls are also one of the best parts of the program. I recommend attending as many as you can each week. Even if you don't have questions of your own, you'll almost always learn something that will help your business.

My coach, Aryana, has been wonderful. She is knowledgeable about the many aspects of starting and running a business, communicates practical strategies for working with clients, and has been supportive of the specific type of business I wanted to build. Whenever she didn't know the answer to a photography- or real estate-specific question, she was quick to find the information or connect me with someone who could help.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this program. It provides a tremendous amount of education, support, and community for anyone who is serious about building a real estate media business. Just go into it with realistic expectations about the time commitment, and be intentional about creating a business that fits your own goals and lifestyle.

Erik listens and coaches to who you are, not just what you want. Once you focus on yourself what you are striving for just happens! I can’t explain it, but Erik knows what he is doing. REPP was instrumental in helping me go from $0 to $10,000 per month in my real estate media business.

One of the biggest factors in my success was working with Coach Eric. He did an outstanding job helping me push through negative mindset shifts, stay focused on my goals, and continue taking action even when things didn't go as planned. Having someone in my corner who could provide guidance, accountability, and perspective made a huge difference.

The checklists and systems inside the program were also incredibly valuable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything I needed to do, I was able to focus on one task at a time, execute consistently, and steadily move toward my goals.

Personally, I was skeptical about REPP coaching initially. I joined coaching in October of 2024 and because of various things in my personal life, I didn't hit my goal. Because of their guarantee offered, I was able to continue coaching and my business has grown exponentially. Coaching is not an easy or quick answer to your problems. Some students his success and growth quick, but for me it took longer. If you put in the hard work and long hours, it truly will happen. I plan to get back in coaching as I grow my business and my team. Their expertise and guidance has been so worth it, and I'm so thankful for what they have taught me and how they've helped me grow.

I am truly grateful for the coaching, guidance, and encouregement I received from Aryanna.
The downside for me was the technology parts wich is a big part of this program. Therfore, I didn't get the full benefit of the program. I felt overwhelmed most of the time with not being able to keep up and figure it all out. I struggle with on line courses and especially since it was all new to me with so much to learn. I do have to mention that I had a lot of personal family issues during my entire coaching. I am in a better place now, but my coaching has reach the end, but for now.
I will go on my own for a while, and most likely will re-enrol in the future. Their support team is dedicated and always available to help. I will miss the amazing people I have met, but especially my coach.

The whole REPP program is structured in a way that is comprehensive and easy to follow and understand. Not to say it's an easy program because it takes hard work and dedication to start your own business but this program gives you the tools to succeed. The one-on-one coaching that I've had with Aryana has been a huge asset. Her knowledge and guidance has instilled confidence in me that I didn't think I had to actually become an entrepreneur. You also have direct opportunities to get advice from the founder Eli which is priceless. All of the coaches have given great guidance with their sessions that they conduct every week that focus on all aspects of real estate media not only technically but also with business practices and learning how to scale your business. There's also a large community of other aspiring entrepreneurs to lean on for advice or discussing any experiences that they've had as they are going through the program. Overall I would say the program is A+. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to start your own real estate media business.

My husband and I loved our time in REPP!!! The program itself is awesome, giving you everything you need to succeed. And the coaches are simply the best. Every coach I spoke with was super knowledgeable and so encouraging! The program kept us on track with our business, and helped us feel confident in something totally new to us. Our coach Aryana was absolutely amazing! She is always ready to help problem solve, give insight, strategize, or just encourage you when things are feeling tough! Starting this program was a HUGE decision for our family and although it hasn’t always been easy, we’ve never regretted it for a moment!

I have been in REPP for 5 months now, and I can say with confidence that joining this program was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself.

This was a career switch for me from software engineering, and I honestly have never felt better. The program truly gives you everything you need to succeed. Yes, you can supplement it with other resources, but it feels like someone already went through all the trial and error and is now handing you the results on a silver platter.

That said, this is not a freebie, and there is no magic shortcut. You absolutely have to put in the work to get results. But what REPP does give you is a massive head start.

I had never run a business before, and I was able to take this from absolute zero to something genuinely promising. I’m already making money, and I know I move slower than some others in the program. One thing I would add: if you sign up, expect to either do this full time or plan to transition into doing it full time eventually. Plenty of people start while working full-time jobs, but it does create limitations, and most people seem to view that phase as temporary discomfort rather than a permanent way of operating.

The coaches are amazing. Mine is Karen (yes, you get a coach you meet with regularly), and having her input every week has honestly kept me sane and grounded. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. I know for a fact I would not be as far along as I am without that support.

Another priceless part of the program is the community. You get connected with people who are going through the exact same struggles, and everyone is incredibly willing to share advice, resources, and support. I’ve met several REPP students, including some in other states, who have helped me tremendously. These are connections I fully intend to keep long after the program because they’re genuinely valuable.

This program is legitimate. Don’t waste your time trying to piece everything together from random YouTube videos.

Amazing program if your serious about launching your real estate media business! I literally learn so many new things a day, am challenged to get outside my comfort zone (which is where real growth happens), and am having a blast with the community while building my business. Joining the REPP Coaching Program and working with Coach Rayana was one of the best business investments I have ever made. REPP Coaching has been a complete game changer for us. Before joining, we honestly didn't think we had it in us to hire, train, or manage a team. This is my second time in the program. The first time I joined Launch about a year ago, I went from basically zero to around $6k/month, even during the slow season.

Now I’m back for round two after going all-in on my business and hitting busy season. I wouldn’t have rejoined if I didn’t get massive value the first time.
