paid for stick drift fixing sent controller they haven’t opened up just sent another label in and sent back as if had been which leaves me now to go through bank to claim money back as no contact either beware

I sent my Xbox controller to them for repair. It was returned missing the rechargeable battery pack that was in the controller. Then when I tested the controller, it hadn't been repaired at all.

I've sent them several emails and tried to make contact via whatsapp using the details on their website but they have not replied.

I'm able to dispute the payment with PayPal so I might get that money back but I'm out the cost of postage and buying a replacement battery pack.

Great service quick return and very good price , will be sending more items .

I ordered a set of K silver KS13 pro TMR joysticks for my dualsense edge and although I can't fault the actual product. There could have been better communication with the despatch and delivery of them however. Tracking just said ordered and awaiting despatch, however have a couple of emails to find out what was happening, I never got any reply or updates.

It was a quick service and the job got done couldnt ask for more xXx

Repaired my Xbox series controller. The TRT was nearly two weeks but the eBay listing implies that it will be much faster. I found the communication was really poor and it was nearly a week before my messages were responded to... Maybe look at using AI automation to help you with customer service, because I genuinely did think I had been scammed in the end. On a positive note my controller was fixed and returned back to me, and the joystick drift fixed with hall effect sticks as an upgrade.

Great value replacing damaged HDMI port on Xbox

After 2 weeks I finally got A stick, I spent £104 on 2 TMR gulikit 720 adjustable stick modules,
Not only did I not get sent the right stick they only sent me 1 didn’t even send 2, wouldn’t recommend, the communication is a travesty I’ve never known anyone to take so long to reply to anything

I ordered the Gulikit 720 degrees TMR sticks for a custom controller, and they transformed it from medium stick drift to none. It's extremely accurate and I love the different size sticks too. I'll be sending off another controller in October for GTA6. Their delivery is fast too, royal mail 48 hours. Well recommended.

Apart from the communication being slow, the quality and speed of service was excellent and how good they are now especially for FPS games is incredible. I love how much they’ve improved my PS5 duel sense and will recommend to friends.

Purchased modified Dualsense Edge TMR sticks and everything was brilliant. I messaged a few questions to start about calibration and got immediate replies which helped a lot. They arrived quickly, in great condition and are exactly what I was after, couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Saved me from buying a pro controller that would eventually get stick drift, controller freels a lot better with these joy sticks and is very responsive, will be buying a 2nd in the future

RC did a great job replacing the joysticks on my Switch Lite, which had been hammered by my kids.

Good service and excellent quality replacement.

It did take a little longer than advertised, so I'd recommend checking in for a follow-up if you don't hear back in a week.

1st class service overall and great value

Quick repair, cleaned everything up, and kept me updated through out.

Ordered the repair and also went for the upgrade.
All sorted and returned quickly.
Works a treat

Brilliant service would highly recommend will be using again

Quick and easy.
Customer service also really good
No more drifting.
Delivery also really good.

I had my PS5 controller joysticks upgraded to TMR joysticks. I can't fault the experience. From receipt at Repair Capital to being back in my hands it took about a week. The new joysticks work perfectly and the controller looks completely untouched. I am very pleased with the service.

Super fast repair delivery, highly recommend, many thanks.
