Vi havde besøg af Chris Ramming fra Rentokil til inspektion af rotte-forekomst. Han undersøgte vore skunke omhyggeligt, gav gode råd undervejs og lavede en anmeldelse.

Ik heb in november 2025 een houtwormbestijding besteld bij Rentokil. Een vertegenwoordiger is snel langsgekomen en heeft een offerte opgemaakt. So far, so good. Ik heb de offerte ondertekend teruggestuurd als bevestiging en een voorschot betaald. Ik kreeg een automatisch antwoord terug waarin werd gezegd dat de vertegenwoordiger in kwestie langdurig ziek zou zijn. Ik heb de bevestiging dan maar opnieuw gestuurd naar een ander mailadres dat mij was opgegeven. In de maanden daarop werd er geen gevolg gegeven aan mijn bestelling ondanks de prompte betaling. Verschillende telefoontjes werden niet geretourneerd (nooit was er iemand die ergens van wist). Eindelijk, begin januari, kwam er terug reactie. Er zou een controlebezoek volgen alvorens de offerte uit te voeren. Die controleur is, begin februari, op het foute moment opgedaagd en kwam eigenlijk de klus uitvoeren, dus niet controleren. Hij is onverrichter zake moeten weggaan en zou een nieuwe afspraak maken. Tot nu toe niks gehoord. Opnieuw verschillende keren gebeld. Niemand is op de hoogte, "ze zullen terug bellen". De offerte is spoorloos maar ze hebben nochtans zelf de afspraak met de controleur ingepland. Wat nu? Bellen heeft geen zin, want iedereen is altijd bezet. Mailen al evenmin want niemand doet iets. Dit is pure oplichting want ik heb al betaald! Blijkt een trend in de ongediertebestrijding te zijn want hun collega-oplichter Eversor is in hetzelfde bedje ziek. Het ongedierte zit dus ergens anders dan in mijn balken!

I took an AMC from Rentokil PCI almost two months back. Till date only spray service has been done and gel treatment is pending. I have raised the complaint many times but each time it gets closed without resolution. Please help.

Contacted them for a potential mouse problem in the loft.
They charged me for a survey before they would come out and deal with the problem ( thank goodness)
A woman came out , who was rude and really pushing the issues of a rodent problem . She wouldn’t let me see the quote on her laptop , she had to send it to me via email .

She looked in the loft for 30 seconds and then wrote out a quote . She wanted to charge £1500 for 3 visits with the cost of the survey being knocked off if I took up their generous offer .
I said I would contact her if I decided to go with the company .
She left , I contacted a local company who quoted £240 for the exact same plan including a survey !
That is one 6th of the cost of rentakil. Absolute joke !
Go local absolutely not with Rentakil .

I contacted them to rid me of Bed Bugs. Initially they called me to set up an appointment for treatment. I told them that I wanted someone to come to assess and guide us in the preparation of the house. A technician came, assessed the house and guided us to prep properly, they won't start if not properly prepped, they leave.

Arrived for first treatment, he said prep was fine and did the treatment, said cab take a few weeks to take effect.

Came for second treatment a month later, soon after the bed bugs were not gone so they came for a 3rd treatment. Still found bedbugs, the technician confirmed it.

I called the office and was put in touch with the sales rep, he made all kinds of excuses and eventually stated I need a heat treatment which they don't do.

I tried afterwards to contact such person but would neither accept nor return calls.

Months later I saw an add which stated the do chemical with heat treatments. I called and asked them why they didn't do that and why they didn't honour their warranty. They wanted to send a crew out to assess and at the same time quoted me $1,500 for a job that was not assessed. Asked for what type of guarantee they can give since they didn't honour the last warranty.

I got bounced back and forth to a person that didn't do residential. I called back, told them I was tired of their BS and will see them in court. There is much more to the story, but avoid them at all costs and spread the word to all of your friends.

THEY JUST REPLIED WITH A GENERIC ANSWER, IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME TO RESPOND. SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE ON 9-24 AND GOT THE RUN AROUND. THE ONLY THING LEFT TO DO IS SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR RETURN THE MONEY. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR A NEW ASSESSMENT AND CHARGE FOR THE SAME TREATMENT THAT DIDN'T WORK. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, THE ONLY SOLUTION NOW IS TO TAKE THEM TO COURT.

I've had 4 visits from Rentokil by Michael Costelloe as he managed to remove a very large Wasp Nest from my Attic. He couldn't have been nicer and the Nest is completely dead and gone. I couldn't recommend Rentokil enough. Well done and THANK YOU Michael!

I phoned up Rentokil damp proofing company. When unswered the man requested that I e mail him the about the damp problem and enclose pictures .
I said I had several companies here and there is a damp issue here, can I book an appointment prior the e mail, rude unswerving can not do, have to e mail us. If they are so unhelpful at the first instance I will never use them. Very bad service on the first contact.i am 76 and need to be able to speak to people. Very, very dissatisfied

En 2014 vaig contractar el serveis de rentokil per eliminar kalotermes Alades de les meves bigues en la vivenda.

Han passat 10 anys i reiterades accions,molèsties perduda de temps i no han aconseguit eliminar-les de la meva casa.

No ho recomano.

Vor einem Jahr hatten wir ein ernsthaftes Ameisenproblem, die Tiere haben offensichtlich ihr Nest in den Waenden unseres Holzhauses gebaut. Rentokil kam, und tatsaechlich konnte der Befall erfolgreich bekaempft werden. 30 Minuten Einsatz fuer 450CHF, aber Problem erledigt. Leider sind die Ameisen dieses Jahr wieder gekommen. Nochmals Rentokil beauftragt. Diesmal neuer Mitarbeiter, mit neuen Produkten und Lust am Experimentieren. Wieder 450CHF bezahlt, Erfolg null. Nach erneutem Anruf kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter, der alte war nicht mehr angestellt. Wieder ein neues Produkt, das aus dem Vorjahr erfolgreiche gibt es nicht mehr. Erfolg null. Weiterer Anruf, weiteres Mittel, Erfolg null. Heftige Diskussion am Telefon, Zusage dass man mit einem garantiert erfolgreichen Mittel wiederkommen wuerde- nie wieder was von denen gehoert. 900CHF fuer nahezu nichts bezahlt, bin absolut nicht zufrieden.

Communicatie en uitvoering van werkzaamheden. De accountmanager was op een gegeven moment niet meer bereikbaar via zijn Rentokil email adres. Daarna vele mails geschreven en geen enkele reactie. Schriftelijke opzegging wordt niet op gereageerd er wordt wel na verloop tijd gewoon weer een factuur gestuurd met laatste aanmaning. Terwijl wij ervoor gezorgd hebben dat er 30 klanten bijkwamen door onze actie voor bestrijding rattenoverlast park. Echter het park is overgenomen door een andere beheerder die dit centraal zou regelen waardoor de individuele actie zou komen te vervallen. Klanten werven wordt hemel en aarde beloofd de begeleiding en nette afwikkeling of nieuwe afspraken zijn onmogelijk met dit bedrijf te maken zo heeft mij deze ervaring geleerd. Mijn advies zorg dat de organisatie op orde is. En voor de klanten zorg dat je alles minutieus schriftelijk vastlegt.

Wij hebben in oktober 2022 bedwantsen vastgesteld op de slaapkamer van ons appartement.
Er is een verkoper langs geweest die ons de "pesticidebehandeling" voorgesteld had (3 behandelingen met telkens 2 weken tussen).
De verkoper had ons gezegd dat we onze matras moesten weggooien, de verdelger vertelde ons dat hij deze mee kon behandelen.
Hiervoor hebben wij €816.75 betaald.
Enkele dagen na de laatste behandeling vonden wij nog steeds bedwantsen terug in de gordijnen en hebben wij opnieuw de verkoper van rentokil gecontacteerd. (ik denk dat de verdelger de gordijnen mogelijks niet heeft behandeld).
Na het "intern te bespreken" en ons opnieuw 3 weken te laten wachten lieten ze ons via mail weten dat ze er niets aan konden doen, behalve een extra behandeling te doen tegen betaling, zonder garantie dat deze nieuwe behandeling dan wel zou werken.
+€800 de vuilbak in, en aan de situatie is er niets veranderd. Dit is een pure SCAM!

I have used Rentokil a number of times to take care of some unwanted pests. Both times the service was stellar and quick and the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank-you!
