Update. As I can't reply to their reply, I will explain it here. I shared my details when I filled the online form, with the person on the phone and through Trustpilot. Yet you are asking me to provide again those details. Therefore I stand by my review below.

I can't rate the service, but I can rate the IT systems that allow you to book a survey online when they can't provide the service in the area. You waste time entering all your information, try to pay, the payment fails, and then you have to call, wait to speak to a human who can't find your reference number in their very slow systems, only to be told there is currently no one available to carry out surveys in the area. No one. For the whole of Norfolk. That speaks to very poor resource planning and a clear disconnect between the IT and commercial teams. I genuinely thought Rentokil was a serious business. After today, I'm not so sure.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Joanna and Carla were so helpful and friendly in organising the treatment. Cameron the surveyor took time on the phone to ensure I understood the work being undertaken and was super helpful. Emma Bloomfield was the technician who conducted the work, she was a joy to have in the house. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks so much!

Jason & Nick came to fix wet rot and woodworm in my basement. They were both lovely and very approachable people, who carried out their work very professionally and cleanly.

Very efficient, clean, tidy and no mess.

Rentokil were very helpful right from the start, and were very good at keeping in touch, responding to my questions quickly and efficiently. This was principally due to Jaden's friendly and competent approach.
The joiners, Alan and Sam, and the plasterer Luke turned up promptly as planned, were friendly, efficient, professional, and cleaned up afterwards very well. The work took just under two days and involved removing a rotten internal wall and replacing it with a new one. There was much less mess than I'd feared and no fuss at all. They did excellent work, even going above and beyond, and I am very pleased with the result.

Sadly due to extenuating circumstances, they couldn't carry out the works, but their time, effort and patience they gave us, to try and get this work done, was outstanding!!

Luke Thoroughgood lived up to his name! he explained what we needed to have done to prevent more damp coming up through the floor of our cupboard under the stairs.
Tom, the technician, drove up from near Bristol everyday and always managed to arrive on time, 8am. He was a very pleasant person to have in our house and a very clean and tidy workman whilst he was mixing the "stuff" and spreading it on the floor in a very confined space.

From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding. From the very first meeting, Shannon immediately gained our trust – both in her and in the company. She was highly professional throughout, but what really stood out was how genuinely kind, friendly, and reassuring she was at every stage.

Communication was excellent: clear, timely, and proactive, which made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel calm and well managed. It was, quite simply, a faultless experience.

The repair team – Shane, Matt, and Tom – were equally impressive. They were professional, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work, producing a really high-quality result that we’re genuinely delighted with. As a team, they went above and beyond our expectations and made the whole experience a positive one, which is no small thing when dealing with major work on a 140-year-old house.

Organisations need people like Shannon and this team – professional, trustworthy, and human. Highly recommended.

From our first contact with Mark to the completion of the work was seamless. Excellent communication from all parties, comprehensive survey, friendly and professional staff. Lee and Ollie who came to do the work were lovely and very efficient, and our certification came through quickly after the job was completed. Very happy customer, thank you.

Pav from Rentokil Property Care came out very quickly to see our problem with damp stone work. He did some test has took some stones away for further testing but most of all has put our minds at ease with saying they can help stop what is happening. He was a true professional and would highly recommend using him and rentokil to anyone with damp issues.

When I contacted the company about the PIV system price, they wouldn't provide it. Instead, they tried selling other services, like a survey for extra fees. Despite giving all my home details, they were vague about pricing, warranties, and key info. It felt unprofessional, and I’m not confident in their intentions. I will be very cautious about choosing them.

Workmen who arrived were very polite and professional and carried out work efficiently.
They moved heavy furniture and put it back when work was finished.
Would highly recommend them and use your services again if necessary.
